Overall, the hotel is very beautiful, giving the traditional Italian cozy vibes. The garden is very nice as well. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of selection of savory options like cheese, salmon, eggs and others, with fresh juices and sparkling wine included. The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The suite room was very nice. The hotel gives an impression of rather 4+ or even 5 star property with a good value for money given the high season in Piemonte. There is also a big parking just in front of the property.

The location is quite far from Barolo area ( around 40 min in car), the hotel is closer to Asti. It was very warm in the rooms which is good, but sometimes it got too much warm. There is no elevator at least in some area - which was not really an issue as it was one- two floors by foot. Some rooms have very tight stairs and two levels, which is not really convenient.

The surroundings and rhe respectful way of maintaining the historic building and Italian garden is outstanding and derserve our respect. Also the fast charger for our electric car is a joy. The free (non alcoholic) minibar is another sign of the hospitality. Altogether our stay has been fantastic.

The breakfast was rich and fresh. However with rather standard assortment. We would encourage to present more local produces apart from the confiture and cheeses. Just a detail for further improvement of something that already is good.

The hotel has grown in recent years to include a leisure suite and spa . Ample shaded car parking . Excellent chef / staff.

Hotel situated in amongst vineyards / farming community so mosquitoes are a problem . Hotel without passenger lift ( probably because it is historic building . ) they used to have fizz and canopies pre dinner for residents but has been dropped

Exceptionally friendly staff. We had a reservation at the Locanda restaurant and somehow our names got missing on the list. However they were quick to accommodate and set up a table for us. The SPA area is very nice and has 3 different saunas (mediterranean, turkish and finnish).

The area is beautiful, the SPA is wonderful, very nice landscape.

The basic room was too basic, not very convenient. The bathroom was nice but with no space to leave items, only shower from the top with no flexible shower option.

Beautiful surroundings, great food, tranquill, great spa

The range of food offered by the pool was minimal, as was the service. We went for 2 days, Sunday until Tuesday and there was only one restaurant open which was always full in the evening.

The scenery, hotel, spa, staff were excellent

Only one small remark, we stayed in the classic room which had stairs to climb to the bed. For us it was great but for elderly may be a challenge to climb up and down to use the restroom. Other rooms are probably fine.

Astonishing villa in a wonderful context. Spa is nice and cozy, providing a quiet environment where to relax for a couple of hours. Rooms are clean, furnished with attention to the details. Very friendly and helpful staff

I was expecting a bit more from the breakfast, given the hotel is linked to fine cousine restaurants and bistro. Some of the offering (e.g. croissant, scramble eggs) were just average

All was fantastic from the location to the structure to the breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (closing day) and the bistro was full (limited availability), staff however provided excellent suggestions for dinner. We'll have to go back!

Maybe dining possibility shoukd be improved especially during closing day of main restaurant
