the parking/parking lot could use some attention

I was here because my mother was on co.fort care in Rosweel. It was a direct 10-minute drive. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was always ready on time and well stocked. I would recommend them.

One staff member would bring her son to work, and he would sleep on the couch in the lounge all day. There is not a fax in the "office," which is actually in the lounge

Breakfast was very simple but adequate, hotel staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, but the rooms are in need up updates (chipped furniture, stained carpets). The staff explained the hotel hasn't recovered from the Covid shutdown - I hope they do; they deserve to.

It was a bit beat up and the carpet was stained. Otherwise, nothing really bad about it. I cannot say enough about how good the staff was.

The small 8x8 pillows on the bed were a bit disappointing, especially for king size bed. If you're only going to give small pillows, you should definitely give more than four . The breakfast was a little disappointing not giving good food options

Loved the pool and the included breakfast. The staff were super friendly and it just felt comfortable to be there.

Felt a bit uncomfortable with the stained carpet and chair in our room. A little patch work and attention to detail would help greatly with the overall appeal of the room. We most definitely still had an amazing stay and would return and recommend to others

Was in Buffalo for my nephews wedding. The hotel for being older was actually super clean to include the parking lot and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was going to give the location a sad face but it was easy to find and right off rhe highway exit and there were a few stores or shops right by the hotel. I use to live in Buffalo and the area to be honest isn't the greatest. Also every thing seems to close way to early with most places being closed at or before 10 pm . So if your staying there and have let's say a late night craving for chicken or tacos etc then you would be out of luck as well as no dinners or any restaurants even close . But again the hotel and staff I would give 5 stars out of 5 stars with no questions asked.

Close to Buffalo or Walden Galleria Mall or minutes away from other locations. Roku tv gave you lots of channels to watch. Well maintained property.

The gap under the door so it allowed noise from the hallway to travel into the room. Down pillows and weren’t able to give you any extra

The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9pm, no problem and fast checkin. Our dog was welcome everywhere, except the breakfast place, which is expected.

Convenient location close to Buffalo downtown and just off the highway, which also means the hotel suffers from the noise coming from the highway traffic. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. Free parking is a bonus.

Carpeting in the rooms and the hallways needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Great location right near highway. Staff were all super nice and caring. Plenty of close parking and grass for walking my dog. Very comfortable. Quiet.
