The location is fabulous, within a few hundred yards from Anvers metro and the bottom of monmarte. Also helpfully walking distance to Gard de Nord station or a cheap taxi if you don’t fancy a walk or metro. Some great restaurants and cafes are on the door step at various budgets. We highly rated Le Grand Comptoir D’Anvers for a reasonably priced but exceptional meal. Pappiles for breakfast and Nell’Arte for pizza. All within 5 mins walk. Central location made it very easy to get across the city at will. We easily travelled to the west (Eiffel tower, arc d triumph, trocadero) as well as the 3rd 4th and notre dame to the east. Aside from the excellent location, the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We booked the upgraded room at the top of the building. This gave an unexpected and exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower. With a balcony window in both the bedroom and the large bathroom. This featured a spacious shower with hot water and good pressure and a bath! In the bedroom there was plenty of cupboard space and extra blankets. The beds were very firm, which we thought might be a problem, but were actually incredibly comfortable. The Decor is a little tired but still very pleasant. For the price, atmosphere, staff and location this hotel is a ridiculously good option. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a considerably more expensive hotel last time which we loved and thought would be tough to beat, but this was honestly better.

Only things to improve, our bathroom door handle was a little stiff and would be ideal to have a bigger bin in the room for rubbish. Aside from that, nothing. We loved our stay.

Wonderful! We booked the twin room but when we asked they gave us double room on the 4th floor which has an amazing view of the city and of Sacre-coeur. The location is perfect, next to Metro station and just very near to Basilica, must visit place of Paris. The people in the reception are so nice and friendly, always smiling and they met us very well. Thank you very much. The room is cosy, clean and big enough for a couple. They cleaned our room everyday too. If i ever come to Paris again i will definitely stay there again.

Great value for money! Staff was very nice and polite. I got the triple superieure room on the 6th floor, and the view was amazing. Also, no need to climb the stairs, as there is an elevator. There was an electric heater in the room additional to the one incorporated in the room, so this way the room was getting warm. There is also a kettle in the room so you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel is very close (walking distance) to Montmartre, Sacre-Coeur and Moulin Rouge, and only 2 mins away from metro line M2, and around 11 mins away from M7. I definitely recommend this room!

We loved the position, not only our balcony came with a view of Montmartre, but we didn’t know we were facing Tour Eiffel which was a wonderful surprise! The room was big, the bathroom too (and very clean), with very good water pressure although we were at the top floor. Lovely team, they helped us arrange taxi to/from the airport and suggested us spots for breakfast. The hotel was very well connected and we never felt unsafe coming back at night. Should I go back to Paris. I’ll definitely book the same room!

Location..very handy for the Metro station. Bonus view of Sacre Couer and the Eiffel Tower from the balcony! Great little restaurant right on the corner of the building for dinner and late opening pharmacy right across the Square too. Room bigger than most in Paris for the price range and the bed was so comfy! Would stay there again. 🙂

Decor a little tired but it was clean, comfortable and felt welcoming and homely.

Proximity to some of the key sights and relative proximity to others. The fact that the hotel is not in the "touristy" area meant that food was much better than on the main routes and water cheaper. Cafes around the corner were amazing! And there was a nice bakery and fresh croissants just a 100m from the hotel.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to metro, lovely restaurants and beautiful buildings. A lovely square opposite too. Close enough to Gare de Nord to walk. And as we went to Stade de France for Olympics it was so easy on the metro.

Nothing really. Last time we had an amazing view to the front - Sacre- Coeur and Eiffle Tower in the distance . This time overlooking back of other buildings… but we didn’t mind as in late and up early!!!

Although the room was smaller than expected, the beds were clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to Sacré Coeur and with lots of restaurants/brasseries in the area.

Room was quite small, with a real lack of storage for clothes etc. not much hanging space and one high shelf. Having been here before I expected more storage facilities.

The location was perfect, right next to the metro and the Sacré Coeur. The staff were very friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything.

Basic amenities like coffee, mugs and glasses were not provided and there was no kettle in the room, however a kettle was provided when we requested it on check in. The room was not the cleanest.

The location was brilliant. 1 minute from the metro and close to walk to monmatre and gare du nord. Super friendly staff. Great view from the little balcony on the 5th floor.

Didn't understand why there was a kettle in the room but no cups. Also there was only 1 plug socket in the room which was so high up the wall I had to climb on a chair. The toilet and shower didn't look like it had been cleaned at all.
