The room was exactly as per what i booked. It was a nice hotel

The Location - I booked this hotel because of the review were saying that the location is near to the mall with a good vibe. Unfortunately, the mall named Kepri Mall was closed down since Covid and it is currently under renovation stage. Therefore, there is not much we can do when we were at the hotel. We have to go to Nagoya city center which is much more happening. Spa - Unable to have the experience of having spa with this hotel due to fully booked. I though we can just walk in for the service, but we need to make a booking first. Not really a concern but definitely will do the booking later for the next trip.

Room is comfortable with Bathtub than can enjoy, and room is okie with good lighting and clean. The areas of the hotel got some others convient shop, and 1 mall in doing refurbhised , look like future will be more happenining around this areas.

The sound proof is not too good when people talking on corridor will have some noise. Breakfast is normal so we only taken 1day breakfast, then 2nd day we went out for breakfast.

Check-in and check-out is hassle-free. The place is truly clean. Beds and sheets are comfortable and the aircon gets cold very fast (daikin). The bathroom is a good size and is equipped with hair dryer and we are given toothbrushes. Body soap Nd shampoo provided. Water heater functioned well and water pressure ia quite good. Its a quiet area seeing that Kepri Mall has closed permanently. Breakfast selection is small but for the price paid, it is a still a steal i think.

The drain in the shower area is slow. May have to have tt looked into. Breakfast items should be warm, it is quite cold when I tucked in.

I selected this facility for access to the golf course (Sukajadi) and the driving range and the easy walk to both was very convenient

There’s not much else around that location - when the Keprimall eventually opens the neighbourhood should liven up but right now it’s a ghost town

check-in on (3/6/24).The room is clean, the bathtub works, AC works , hot water tap works, and the bed is comfy. Breakfast is very basic and acceptable.. Upon checking-out,(4/6/24) HSKP team reported a phone was left in the room Turns out, it was my wife's phone. KUDOS to the HSKP team.. I didn't get his name though but WELL DONE!!

wi-fi fluctuates , sometimes no connection at all, and was issued 1 card only to activate the power.

Value for money, Lower price with good service. nice hotel, breakfast included. Far from the mall but environment quiet, have quality of sleep. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Location far from the famous area and jetty terminal, But easy to get grab, there is not a big issue.

Breakfast is great with a lot of beverage and food choice. Polite and good personal. Fast checking-in and checking-out process. We asked to clean the room and it was cleaned. Nice roof restaurant. Bathtub is excellent.

No windows in the room, only in the bathroom, and there is a glass between bathroom and living room. Hard to find the hotel. There is a frame around TV, we wanted to connect PC via HDMI but we couldn't do this because of the frame

The price Was fair, Room was nice, bathtub was definitely plus point.

Down sides: Room with out windows Breakfast not immediately refilled when empty.

Honestly the the location was perfect for us. Close to the golf course and travel distance to other places of visit is not as far. Convenient to find food and hotel staff we super friendly especially our receptionist Ms. Nurul was so helpful. The rooms were comfortable and as per detailed during the booking. You get what you ask for if not maybe more. Kepri Mall is literally right in front of the lobby (although not many shops) and can have a nice meal as there are still a few good restaurants.

The walls maybe are too thin? Could hear people talking on the corridors and the room next door.

The staffs are frdly, the room is clean and the buffet breakfast is awesome

Request for a queen bed but received a twin bed room due to full occupancy ,the pillows are too soft and thin,iron and iron board upon request.Basic amenities such as cotton bud not provided upon request, fridge is not cold enough for the drinks we put.Room service provided but not all avail on the menus.Convenience store just steps away but no small change provided if you purchased few items.To get to ur destinations,only taxi avail..
