Easy to find, parking was good and good location. The staff sorted out the tv/remote, hot water in the shower and provided kettle and bottled water as the dispenser was not working. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Towels were huge and lovely! View from the shared terrace and shared outside seating was good. Bath/ shower mat provided.

One small shampoo and body wash provided - take it off the list. Sockets near the bed didn't work. No slippers, fan, kettle, clothes rack, drying rack, desk and chair - take these off the list. Only tea bags and sugar were provided - no fridge for milk.

The hotel was clean and 2 minutes ago from the village centre. Everything was clean and the check-in was very easy. Price and confort are correct. The air conditioning and the wifi worked perfectly. They also had a line to hang all our wet clothes, which was very useful. There is a balcony by the river and it is nice to sit down there and observe the landscape.

They do not offer breakfast, it could be included in a restaurant nearby. However, there are many options close to have breakfast.

Cleanliness very good.Staff very friendly.Allowed me to check in early 11.00am . Easy and free parking beside the hotel.As a budget hotel it was satisfied for me.Will stay again next time when I come to Kuala Tahan.

No kettle in the room.Have to take hot water from water dispenser outside the room.

I had the room with the view on the river, very nice to wake up with such a view ! (Be careful not all room have this view). Otherwise basic room, good for the money. Easy check in.

No water refill station (didn't seem to work when we were there).

very nice view on the river and the national park from the balcony. one of the 2 rooms we rented had the river view and we felt at ease to sit on the balcony. the towels were very nice - soft and fluffy.

we had asked for river view during the reservation but were told by email that this can’t be guaranteed. there is no seating area on the balcony for the guests of the rooms facing the road or the hallway…. luckily we had one room with river view.

We had a lovely room, overlooking the jungle and river. It is in a great location to see the rainforest, and walk to the floating restaurants!

Bathroom could be updated, but as you would expect for such a rural location :)

it was clean, staff were helpful, really close to the masjid, right in front of police station, good location for restaurant & activities etc. we love everything abt this place. it’s pretty basic but very good value, they also gave u water bottles/coffees and have cold/hot water dispenser. Amazing view if u room is facing the river, so might worth asking for them. we cldn’t coz we didn’t knw ehheeh

pillow was a bit hard n heavy but other than tht, nothing else.

Riverview (we had room 8. Room 6 en 7 also have riverview). Clean room. Soft beds. Free water. Good value for money. P.s. try Ann Restaurant. Very good, very cheap.

Wifi wasn't realy working in room 8 (this is the farest from the reception). In the hallway the wifi was good. At check-in we received a key, but besides that no word was spoken or any information was given.

Super clean, comfy, great ac, great view and the room was a good size. Not super social but there’s a hostel down the road that you can hang out at for the social aspect. The free coffee/tea/water was a bonus.

I didn’t see any staff but for us it wasn’t an issue.

Location was nice and close to the park entrance (5 min walk + 1 min boat ride)

They didn’t clean underneath the bed The bathroom had not a great smell Bed sounded and felt like it might break down and had some makeshift reparations underneath
