The Spa and all the facilities.

The draught beer from the upper bar was warm. And the breakfast was a little poor than the images provided.

I love their jacuzzi, is clean and not at all crowded , and the massage was 20 pounds for one hour which is great price. the breakfast was great, buffet, plenty to choose from, the mushroom salad is super tasty. The rooftop restaurant is sooooooo beautiful, and the menu is really big, something for everyone. the guy at the reception was very friendly.

noisy kids at 1 am coming down from rooftop, then when we were in the jacuzzi we were told a group of kids will come and we should leave. it's not like they rented all the spa. Very glad a gentleman said if it bothers us then we will leave , so we stayed, the guys that came were not noisy and it was 6 of them using the big pool so it didn't bother us and there was no need to tell us to go out. the elevator is slow.

I loved the hotel! Really good value for money, four star hotel with jacuzzi, warm water pool, saunas and extra service massage! The room was big and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Quite a big parking lot, I went to the hotel mid season and found a parking place every time.

The location is not the best if you are in for tourism, it's a good 25 minutes walk to the center. Luckily, in Oradea parking is free during weekends, so I took the car to the center to visit.

I like the quality of the bed, and the size of the room, the fact that is quiet, and the breakfast. I like the rooftop restaurant, it's very cute, the food was good also, I recommend Tripe soup, and the octopus.

I dont really like the smell that comes from the bathroom, tho it was clean, there is a smell coming from sewer.We arrived on Sunday the swiming pool and jacuzzi was full , and I don't think it was full of the hotels customers, also it closed at 6 , when one email I received said it will close at 10 and the second email that it will close at 8 pm, then Monday it was closed for maintenance. On Tuesday we got ready went down to the swimming pool and it had a note it will be closed until Thursday, whats the point paying for spa facilities then? Still ill go back to this hotel anytime I'm in Oradea, cuz its very cozy and all staff have a great attitude.

I felt great,, room was perfect on 4th floor. Breakfast was great, I love the mushroom salad.Dinner was amazing on the last floor , in an igloo, makes a very nice atmosphere.

It was 8th of March international women's day so at 3 pm the rooftop restaurant closed because it was fully booked from 5 pm..... 5 pm... means normally you still have at least 1.5 hours to eat, at least a soup, when u check in at 2 pm you don't offer a lunch or dinner option to your customers? Anyway as I always say I still come to this hotel every time I'm in Oradea, cuz I like it, and I do recommend it.

Spa access included in the room price (2 saunas, 1 steam room all of good size, and pool). Good room size and very comfortable beds. Tasty and diverse breakfast with great coffee. Friendly staff. Generous parking lot in the inner courtyard.

The room, spa area, breakfast area were a bit dated and could use a "facelift". Some details do not match 4* status (i..e. very dirty room windows on the outside; no reminder for outside visitors of what a basic spa etiquette is). The location is not necessarily central but I knew that when I booked so not really a minus.

Hotel was fine. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax. We really liked that the pool and sauna area were open until midnight. They have really great massage! Great communication with the hotel. We also really liked the restaurant on the roof where they cooked excellently. We liked the prosecco in the room. Breakfest is good.

I expect more from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom wasn't good.

I would say the hotel looks better than I thought and it was a really good experience. I reccomend this hotel to anyone who is looking for something good and a fair price. The restaurant is brilliand and really good food served in the evening. Nice spa!!

Star service from the lovely receptionist Andrea. Very relaxing and professional couple's massage by the friendly therapists Gabi and Eva. enjoyed our stay overall, clean facilities.

The bed was a little too soft for us. There has been a mistake with our room but we were well looked after that made up for it.

Very good stay 10 minutes walking distance from city center. The room was big and the beds were comfortable and the spa was open until midnight so we were able to enjoy it despite arriving quite late in the day. Breakfast was really tasty and diverse, had something for everyone. Will come back!
