Beautiful apartment, nice view from the window. Lots of space.

The outdoor was broken and we were left outside on the street at 22:00. I phoned and wrote to all the communication channels - nobody answered. After half an hour another guest left the building so we could finally get in. This kind of lack of communication in urgent situations is unacceptable. The next day the door was repaired, but still no comment to my messages from the staff. It is also important to note that the apartment is practically empty. There is a washing machine but no detergent. There is a kitchen, but no oil, salt etc. Just 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 days. Guests should therefore be aware that they will have to buy these things even if they are only staying for a few days (there was shampoo and 2 tablets for the dishwasher though).

Liked the location, good for walking and easy acces to public transport. Nice residential neighbourhood with lovely park nextdoor. Good idea to have water bottle in the apartment for refills rather than buying plastic bottles

Didnt like the difficulty with the access to the solarium via the electronic door. Didnt manage to open door by myself in the 6 days I was there, discovered on 2nd day you had to turn it twice to left, but still did not work. I got key fob from reception, still did not work??????

The apartment was massive! Really clean and had everything you could need for a stay away including coffee maker, iron, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge and all soap/ washing up liquid and toiletries were included as well. There was also a spar supermarket right next door which was so handy for food to make in the kitchen. The solarium on the 9th floor was a lovely surprise. The view was amazing. There is also a tram stop 5 minutes away that takes you all up and down the Santa Cruz area, and only €1.35 for a one way trip - absolute bargain!

There were workmen on the solarium constantly drilling whilst I was up there. And when that stopped, you could hear the staff /maintenance people instead. Also, there was a church or music building outside our apartment and the repetitive singing got very annoying every night. There are steps into the reception area so those with heavy luggage /pushchairs beware. Once up the steps though, there are 2 working lifts to the apartments

We owned a whole, large apartment. There are plenty of space, enough lights, various utensils. The bed is comfortable. Things are neat and clean. The host/reception was very friendly and willing to provide supports.

We could hear the sound from another apartment/room on the same floor clearly around 10pm. While the good thing was that it lasted less than 5 mins. We thought it might just happen to be a group of people just checked in and were super happy about the room like us :)

I had rented an apartment and a studio. Both were clean and comfortable. The location is good, a 25-minute walk from the center. We are satisfied with our stay.

Check-in is quite complicated in my opinion. In fact, everything is made for convenience, but all information and additional codes, internet connection for opening, etc. they messed us up a bit. But I guess it adds to the security of the building. At the reception, the woman was very helpful and immediately answered our questions.

The app was big, clean, light. It has anything you need, except for oil/salt and any other ingredients.

It is a bit old, also the furniture is old. In the bathroom there is always a bad smell. The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbours whispering. They do not provide you towels for the pool. The people from reception NEVER answer the phone, the messages on booking. Even when we checked in, the phone was ringing....useless🤣

Beautiful and "fresh" apartments. The bed is large (which is a rarity for this region). From the 6th floor there was a wonderful view of the ocean. They brought an extra bed for the child. Our arrival was late, the reception was no longer working, so the check-in was done remotely and we got into the apartment using a code (for which we are very grateful). The location is not right in the center, but we were happy to walk this distance.

It was very easy to pick up the keys from reception. The apartment is quite large and well equipped, although some extra things (e.g. olive oil, detergent, etc) were missing and could make the stay more enjoyable. the apartment is well connected with public transport.

The rooms were a bit noisy as you could hear the traffic on the street and the conversations from neighbors. Whereas the apartment was relatively clean, some things could have been cleaner. The views were nothing special.

Excellent apartment with free Wi-Fi. We were on the 8th floor with a view over the city. Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful, even escorting us to our room. Only 5 minute walk to the nearest tramline stop for Santa Cruz or La Laguna. Being out of the city centre we even found on street parking within 100 metres.
