We were very happy with our stay at the Impero Napflio! The modern, high ceililnged room was amply sized with a comfortable bed, good wifi and electrical connections. Averting eyes from unrelated and unfilled old swimming pool on the property across the street, the view fromm the room and balcony of harbor, mountains and venetian fort were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and ample with fresh squeezed OJ,fresh and good coffee, a changing assortment of very good pies/pastries as well as fruit, yogurt and freshly cooked egg dishes. Importantly, the location was central yet quiet and was easily accessible by car which was a plus in that town and on a level with the harbor/Syntagma square area where we greatly enjoyed Carnival and restaurant dining.

Nothing, we liked everything. Just noting here that while the hotel is located conveneniently on a level with the harbor and main commercial area, it does not have an elevator. Climbing their well-built wide staircase was fine for us but might be a consideration for folks with accessibility issues. Such folks should also consider that a large part of the historic town is on a hill, so navigating steep winding streets, footpaths and pedestrian stairs may be involved in basing at some of the very nice hotels. and should be considered when choosing lodgings in Napflio.

Beautiful boutique hotel with incredible views of the water. We had a junior suite with seaviews. Excellent location, an easy walk to many good restaurants and shops in the waterfront area. The staff, especially Agape, were excellent - friendly, helpful, and kind. Very good breakfast and wonderful treats in the room. The chocolates were amazing! Very comfortable beds.

The hotel is directly on a street with regular traffic. We could hear the cars going by all the time. Fortunately this subsided later at night so we could sleep well. Parking is not directly in front of the hotel, though not too far away.

Breakfast was good, with freshly squeezed orange juice and properly made espresso based drinks included. Location is very good, though keep in mind that this comes with challenges regarding parking.

The rooms are a bit noisy. Both from the internal hallway, as well as from a side-street (walking path with stairs) which runs right by the window. There is no elevator, and all rooms are one (or two) floors up.

Great location right at the harbour walkway, 5 minute stroll to the town area. Loved walking the harbour in the evening and looking at all the fancy yachts. Hotel was lovely, very modern, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good each morning with many choices. Parking can be tough, but we were lucky to get a spot at the lot at the end of the street. We had room #6 with a balcony and enjoyed sitting & people watching.

We found the industrial hand soap and toilet paper dispensers in the bathroom a tad impersonal. Would be nicer to have bar soap (personal preference).

Good location, rooms nicely decorated, a plus that they offer pet friendly rooms as well. Good quality bathroom amenities, very clean, the maid is very kind and attentive to details. Good heating system and no issues with the warm water.

Room size is little for being called “suite” and being charged as suite price. For a couple is quite small. As you open the door you have a few cm to hit the bed. The door basically opens to bed. Tv is mounted on the wall very high, almost in the ceiling. The bathroom smells I understood is related to the fact that the building is old, historical one. The rooms aren’t soundproof you can hear noises from all rooms around and what they are talking in other rooms. Breakfast is average, basic and the atmosphere of breakfast room needs some improvement, it feels little sad.

The location was perfect, close to all of the historic Nafplio area but not in the middle of too much bustle. The staff were so so helpful, staying late to accommodate our late arrival, easy to chat up about local customs, places to eat, the dilemmas and joys of living in Greece. The breakfasts were amazing and saved us time and money as we planned our days.

Hmmm…not much to say here. The room was a bit minimalist in that there was no place to store clothing, so we were literally living out of our suitcases. However, the bedding was wonderful, the bathroom was chic, and the balcony was lovely. There were supplies provided for coffee and tea and a wine opener….and the amazing shops and restaurants of Nafplio were right outside our door!

Excellent location near the bustle of the Old Town with awesome views of Aegean Sea and short stroll to bay restaurants and pebble beach club BluBlanc. All staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety abundantly delicious and homemade to boot. The citrus yoghurt is beyond delicious! Decor is exceptionally elegant and the stonework and sheer height of ceilings and attention to detail is impressive. Supply guests with superb soap and shampoo and the sweet aroma of cleanliness lingers. Seriously excellent value for money. Look nowhere else. This place is unique, enchanting and stylish within a stones throw to the endless stream of alleyways lined with elegant boutiques and a plethora of choices to wine dine and people watch.

We would have stayed longer than 3 nights

Εverything was perfect. New clean building with a general airconditioning system and very polite staff. Tasty big breakfast in wide variety and big coffee celection.Comfy beds soft bath towels coffee and tea facilities as well as a refrigerator in the room as well as free parking outsite the hotel. We had everything we needed and I highly recommend Impero Hotel and Suites to other travellers.

Location outstanding. Breakfast was lovely - fresh squeezed OJ a highlight. The staff were lovely - one in particular who very graciously arranged train tickets etc for us for our day trip on the scenic railway and facilitated a late checkout for us at no extra cost. Rooms very modern in an old, beautiful building.

We were on the top floor which was warmer than the other floors. In the high temperatures this summer, the air conditioner struggled a little to cool the size of the room. There did turn out to be an issue that was addressed the next day.
