Room: description had a washing machine in the room, but in reality it was not there. The property has a laundry room, which costs 10€. However, when we asked - they provided the access for free. Breakfast: lots of cakes and small amount of other options for lunch. However, great coffee!

This accommodation makes you feel like home, with warm and well equipped apartments suitable for families. The check-in is independent and super easy and staff is very friendly and helpful in all the moments of the stay! Very nice experience

The only issue was the number in the address, not the same vs booking website and with poor directions on the street

Amenities, cleanliness, facilities

Lack of a tea towel even though there was an expectation to clean and dry dishes. Narrow parking bays & my parking bay was overridden by a plant making it difficult to park my car. It was a hire car & I didn’t want to get it scratched. Bed mattress was as hard as a rock & very uncomfortable.

We stayed very comfortable in this place, very hidden but still within reach. The pool is small, but for a morning swim, it's great. The room is relatively new, with a modern interior and a nice place to sit outside. The breakfast was good, with more than just the usual Italian brioche and excellent service.

We were under the assumption to have two whole rooms. However, the apartment was one room with a wooden divider that didn't give us parents privacy.

I like the way how the property is set, the staff kidness, breakfast was OK. We had bad weather so we did not used the pool and all the rest.

Very poor sound proofing, everything is made from plaster walls, medium cleaning, bads very uncomfortable and need to be changed as it was in U shape. Pillows as well. Shower tube was leacking…

Very nice place and peaceful, despite being a bit a part it is very easy to move around with a car because is in the middle of several great places. The staff is great and the rooms are automated.

The pool was under maintenance, the shower is very small but in general everything is good!!! Hard to find “no likes”

The location is super quiet and cozy, surrounded by nature. The house is tiny, but nice and cozy, it has a patio, car place. Good place to escape from big city troubles. The service was excellent, online check-in, I have received the detailed description of facilities and door codes very quickly after booking. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.

The only thing I can mention is a duvet for sofa bed. It is like disposable, doesn't have a cover.

The apartment we stayed was quite clean and modern and the area was very peaceful and relaxing away from any noise. The hostess Raphaella was very friendly and helpful. She served delicious breakfast and best cappuccino on the patio every morning. It was very cozy. The pool was nice and good size but some tiles were broken, so needs fixing. One day we visited Cinque Terre when we stayed there. We drove to La Spezia which is 17 km away and took the train from there to visit the five villages.

It’s a bit far out from the center, you need a car to go to any restaurant.

The appartment is clean, big and modern. Instructions on how to enter the appartment were ieasy to follow. The washing machine was very usufull. You shouild make sure to bring your own soap. The staff very responsfull on WhatsApp.

The kitchenett is a bit small, but functional.

I stayed here recently in July and appreciated having good air conditioning. Places say they have them but barely work, not the case here. As a result I slept very well. It’s more like a little apartment with a little kitchen, sofa, TV, etc. The apartment was very clean & modern and parking available for the guest.

There was body wash but bring shampoo & conditioner. This was no problem for me as I usually bring it with me!
