Walking distance to Amari Spice. Near to many restaurants, groceries, and shops. We requested a room with a window and we were given one. The room is spacious and has a table that can be used writing, etc. Has a communal flat iron on the hallway, so that is definitely a plus.

On one occasion, the cleaner repeatedly opened our door, even though they were supposed to clean the room adjacent to ours.

there were good books at hotel lobby that we can borrow /bring to our room ,the water dispenser make easier to refill bottle, the reading light and charging port next to the bed.

1. no stirrer to stir my coffee! only mugs and coffee were provided. 2. Parking lots..the automatic boom barrier in front of the hotel always out of service...we had to call the management every time the gate broke down .

It is spacious. Good water pressure. Ironing facility and water filter is available outside the room. A lot of amenities outside the hotel. Not too crowded area.

Thin walls. Can hear neighbour talking at night. Run down towels. But other that that all is good.

Truly value for money! Staff on duty was very helpful and friendly. I paid RM10 more per hr for an early check-in, which I felt was more than reasonable. It is sandwiched by the Kaze (that has an adjoining door) and Dim Sum restaurants which makes it very convenient for those who don't want to walk too far for food. There's also a Happy Mart and Coffee Bean around the corner. No frills but very affordable - excellent for a roof over your head.

Walls are paper thin - you constantly hear slamming of doors (actually it's just the other guests on the same floor letting their doors go). Wi-Fi wasn't always stable. My room had no windows which was just about bearable for 2 nights.

Good location, good restaurant nearby hotel make it easier to travel on foot. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and comfortable.

Wifi connection is good, but sometimes a bit slow, maybe due to many people access in one time. But not affecting my good experience at this hotel. Value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

all the staff encountered was friendly and polite. location was great . the decor of the hotel was pretty. comfortable . carpark was reserved for guest .

the soundproof was not so good as the hotel was right beside the road and surrounded by entertainment/restaurants, think that’s the reason why the earplugs was given . slightly dusty but don’t complain la cause of the price. carpark ticket was not in the package . but nah it’s okay.

I think this hotel need to provide sugar. The Air Conditioner is very noisy. earplug is provided, however it will only help to reduce the noise when sleeping, not really help in other activities like working, having conversation etc. The AC 17 der.Celcius but the air temp is not like what is suppossed to be. The bidet needs to be fixed

Clean room, comfortable big bed, friendly staff and very close to the airport

Hot water not available in the bathroom, hot water not available from the dispenser for coffee.

The bed is very comfortable. All facilities look new. It's great that it has a water dispenser to refiill drinkable water.

The parking is very expensive, it is RM1.1 per hour. One of the toothbrush pack was already opened in our shower room when we check in.

Nearby SPICE where it is the work place during my stay. Easy access to restaurants, convenient stores. Good!

Cleanliness. I found the table and some part of furniture's there with dust when I enter the room..
