The location is great! It was walking distance to Zhongshan area. The bathroom was clean with bidet and bed was comfortable. They also offer self service laundry and some snacks which are a bonus. The hotel is in the building with other local residents but did not effect the whole experience. I feel sage.

The ac drain the water from time to time. So you’ll hear the water pouring sound. But no worries. It doesn’t mean it spills. I was worried for a second but it was nothing.

- The rooms on the main floor are centred around the busy food and drinks table which means it gets quite noisy as people get ready for their day. Not really their fault, the room doors are just a bit rubbish at keep noise out. So if you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

I forget stuff in the room, they reacted immediately (finding and returned it) Recommended to everyone :)

It was a good location for 10 minutes to the MRT station, shops everywhere nearby, public cafe bar service was really convenient and helpful for a quick snack, and daily house keeping provided (looks like changing towels and rubbish, and refilling the cafe bar mainly). Staff greeted when they saw guests that was nice and I felt comfortable to stay with this atmosphere. Thank you :)

Clean, level two communal area is very comfortable. They provide good coffee from beans as well as snacks and instant noodles. There are even sparkling water from the machine. Very friendly staff, we had a kid with us and the staff are patient when the kid makes noises. There are two convenience stores right below the hotel and many good restaurants around us.

At first glance it was hard to identify the hotel as we need to read the sign as the hotel’s reception was located at level two. It looks like a typical building with security guard at level one.

Great place, staff were super friendly and accomodating and shared tips on local places to eat. Helpful that they had a self-service free laundry room where you could wash and dry clothes. They also had a great selection of free snacks and drinks in the lobby area 24/7. Highly recommend for those travelling with friends.

The staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Also, all the online messages were replied promptly! Facilities provided are awesome, especially beverages and various tidbits. The location is good! The room is clean and spacious!

We heard some “wngggggg” noice which we couldn’t root cause where is it coming from (not sure if it’s coming from the sign board right outside the window or the public buses), but since the noice does not last long it’s still bearable.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming (special mention for Jamie!) Rooms were small but well-equipped and comfortable. The best aspect was having access to the lounge area on the second floor next to reception where we could eat and serve ourselves free soft drinks, coffee and snacks. Having three kids with us, we found this a real advantage! The hotel is well-located too, near two MRT stations. with a 7-Eleven and Family Mart downstairs and the night market just down the road.

We knew the room had no window when we booked but still found it made the room slightly claustrophobic.

The hotel is just 10-15min ride from Taipei main station, and the closest subway station is 10min walk The staff is very friendly and speak excellent english Room is average size, bed is very comfortable. There is a large community room where you can get drinks and snacks

They execute a pre-authorization to the bank. Depending on the bank it could show up differently, my bank showed actual payment even if hotel only requested authorization. It can be a bit confusing. The window is behind the bathroom.

As others have noted, this hotel occupies the second floor of a grungy old office building on a semi-seedy major street. However, they've done a fantastic job with the design and build of the hotel. The soundproofing is shockingly good. The rooms are big enough, and the bathroom is fairly nice too. I found the location quite convenient.

The lobby/common area is windowless and depressing. The window is in the bathroom (kind of weird, but it seems like that was the only option). I assumed people could see me naked from the street if I kept the curtain up. The curtain also didn't retract all the way, only halfway.
