The hotel was as it’s supposed to be. The staff at the breakfast was very nice. Good breakfast. great location

I didn’t appreciate the remarks at the desk. I was travelling with my daughter and got displaced remarks after I confirm I wanted a twin room as initially booked. This is probably the least professional behaviour I have ever seen.

I think this is the first perfect review I have ever given...I genuinely can't fault our stay here. Great location, fabulous breakfast options, comfortable room and great facilities. Friendly staff too, and a cosy bar area. Numerous restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and easy access to the sights such as the castle and King's Park. We would also definitely recommend taking a 15 minute train ride to the town of Lund, with its glorious Cathedral and University.

Nothing, we liked it all! If I was being really really picky, it's that one of the pillows was too soft for my liking, bit that's on me, not the hotel!

Excellent breakfast buffet, constantly being restocked no matter what time you visited. Great hot and cold selection; fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and cereals, nuts and seeds, cheeses, meats, salad, pastries, full English items (scrambled egg, boiled egg, baked beans, bacon, sausage), waffle machine, plus much more! The bread selection was great, and the orange juice was delicious. It was nice that there was lots of local produce available too. I saw there was also a separate section that had gluten free, dairy free etc. The dining room was also very spacious, so plenty of seats even at busy times. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets were available in reception 24/7. In the afternoon there were also complimentary fika treats at the bar in reception :) Excellent shower with great water pressure and temperature. Great location for exploring Malmö, the hotel is positioned on a quiet street. There's a little supermarket just at the end of the road which was handy.

My room was opposite the lift and it was quite noisy when people were returning to the hotel late one night, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

An accommodation that exceeded my expectations. Starting with the easy and smooth check-in and the very friendly staff. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a minibar and a kettle for coffee and tea. The TV was big and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also big enough and very clean. The breakfast fulfilled all my wishes and coffee/tea is available free of charge in the hotel around the clock. I had to leave the last day early before breakfast time and they prepared for me a "doggy bag" to take away. The individual areas in the lobby are very clever and beautiful designed and there is even a cinema room for children. The hotel also has a restaurant/bar, but I didn't use it because I was always outside and returning it was closed. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the central squares and 500 m from the train station. A wonderful starting point for excursions on foot or by bike. I also found the price/performance ratio okay and thus on my next stay in Malmö, I will book here again.

The room faced to the backyard, but that was no problem for me, as that way it was quiter. What maybe bother people who wake up easily: the doors of the rooms or to the stairway close fast and with a noice.

Good location at town centre, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, train and bus station, the port, etc The car park is at the basements of the same building and is exclusive for the hotel guests, with direct access to all floors. I was in a "Deluxe Queen Room - Top Floor". It was large enough. Maybe the wardrobe too small for two people, but I was travelling alone. Furniture and decoration were still from the XX century. Nothing broken, all in working conditions. Stayed four days and slept perfectly all nights, despite having regular issues with beds I am not used to.

The car park is too small, dark and there was some kind of fine gravel in certain areas of the floor. Several of the spaces to park are too narrow and in between columns, requiring lot of skill and manoeuvres to fit the car in there... assuming you have a small car. All the hotel has a feeling of out dated (not old fashioned).

The breakfast was really great. the hotel was nice and close to the city center and train station but in a side streeet. The wifi worked well and the shower was good. The room was spacious and th bed was comfy. Everything was easy to operate (sometime in modern hotels it takes a long time to figure out how to switch on the lights or the shower and such.).

The window could only open a little and there was no aircon. With the closed window it was a bit stuffy and with the open window a bit noisy - but it was the Malmö festival so perhaps a bit more noisy than usual.

The location is wonderful! Central and quiet too. Breakfast was generous with plenty of options The hotel is ok. It is not an upmarket hotel, but it is ok. This is my first stay here. I have stayed previously in the other BW in Malmo: it had some depressing rooms as well as absolutely beautiful ones with the view over the canal. It is possible that we had one of the worse rooms in this one. I did not check the others! Soft toys are a nice touch, but unnecessary.

It’s tired. Very tired. No views of any sort. There are wires and extension cables everywhere in the room (could they not simply wire a socket?) The room is VERY hot! Even on a rainy May night is was unbearable. Everything is a little tired. It would benefit from a renovation project. Long wait for the lift too.

The location is perfect if you decide to visit Malmo and do all the sight seeing by foot. Central and very well connected to all museums and other turistic places. As that was the purpose of our trip we were very happy with it and the staff was very helpful with all the questions we had. Breakfast offered a variety of choices and i think it reached all the needs.

We had economy twin. If you are happy with a small cozy clean and not too fancy design then this is for you.

+ Fab hotel, interesting décor with a media theme. + Clean and well maintained throughout. + Our room was beautiful, great size and some cute finishing touches (like teddies on the bed!) We were only staying for 1 night but would have been very happy and comfortable staying for longer. + Staff on both the reception and the bar were very friendly and attentive. + Huge selection of tasty treats on the breakfast buffet, we were spoilt for choice! + Good central location, easy walking distance from Malmö central station.

Couldn't fault the hotel in any way. The price was certainly on the high side, but this was a very special holiday and so we were treating ourselves!

24|7 Coffee and tea in the welcome area, the little nooks to sit in the communal area and the fast wifi. Also very comfortable beds (soft) and the great location of the hotel. I just walked everywhere . I should have brought my sports outfit because the little gym looked awesome. Breakfast was huge and had something for everyone (meat, vegetarian, vegan) as well as locally produced stuff (milk, cheese, Marmelade). I could've rolled myself in the bacon - it was that crispy and good!

The coffee machine in the breakfast room was not working most of the time, but that's nitpicking.
