Location is the BEST! 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic. Outdoor pools close 8 pm while the indoor pool close at 11 pm. Billiards table available, nominal fee. Nice restaurant and bar and quaint restaurant overlooking the ocean for breakfast and lunch. However, one time the Lido had to close for unexplained circumstances. Just a quick walk to Jenkinsons boardwalk. Really a good place

A lower price, but that being said, you get what you pay for and parking for one car is included, beach access is included, beach chairs are included pool toys for kids are included.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and had extra towels already in the room. We stayed during off-season so the price was affordable. The indoor pool and sauna were nice additions. Extras bonus was having a make-up mirror at the sink. Very impressed!!

The only downfall was that they do not have a restaurant just vending machines.

- Check in was easy and staff person was very nice. - Having private beach access was wonderful.. - Should ask which building you will be in as they have 3. 2 beach side with outdoor pools and one across the beach with indoor pool. - pizza was good at the bar in the hotel - staff were very nice - walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. Miniature golf was a lot of fun. Aquarium was nice but expensive - fireworks were awesome

- Hotel is looking it’s age and the decor in the rooms are very dated - nightstands weren’t on each side of the bed in each room, only on one side - We couldn’t open our patio door - our adjoining room was laid out odd that the sink was almost not functional. - when asked if we could have a late check out, the front desk lady was obnoxious and rude saying ABSOLUTELY NOT. A simple “I’m sorry but we need that time to get all the rooms together for all the guests we have arriving” would have been a much better reply or anything other than “absolutely not.” - during our stay we didn’t have daily service in the rooms. We did get a knock on the door asking if we wanted towels

Absolutely loved the private beach access! That was our favorite part! We loved the personalized hotel sweatshirts also. The pools were very nice.

The continental breakfast was in the other resort building and not in our resort. The price of the beer was astronomical…but I guess it’s to be expected in a place so incredible.

Location was good. There are 2 buildings. One next to the beach entrance and one just across the street. In the winter, only the building across the street is open. Staff was friendly. The indoor "courtyard" has 2 pool tables and tables/chairs. We had a large group staying at the hotel and it was a great place to gather. The indoor pool looked nice. The indoor hot tub was closed. Parking was plentiful. I would stay here again.

Fyi. Nothing open within walking distance. Need to drive to get breakfast. The beds and pillows were ok. Not bad but not comfortable.

Upon check in and during my stay I dealt with Raevina at the front desk. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made me feel welcome, had a wonderful smile and personality. Every question that I asked her during my stay was answered with a smile .

The staff were helpful and pleasant, especially Tim, the bartender in the lounge. We liked the pool, beach chairs and towels provided, private beach (no beach tags needed), food and drinks delivered to pool and beach, very comfy beds, and all the beautiful flowers outside!

AC vent on balcony put out hot air. I think there’s a big difference from the rooms in the hotel and the motel. Our room was wonderful but reviews mention the motel rooms aren’t as nice.

Staff is fabulous and facilities are well maintained. This is my third trip to White Sands and it is my favorite place in Point pleasant. Close to everything but has a private beach The best of both worlds

We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi and when we did get on it was very slow I also wished they had some hooks in the bathroom to hang bathing suits and towels

Very Clean and The Room was Beautiful,the view of the sea and Beach.The Staff at The Restaurant made us feel at home😊😊

No kitchen,no plates ,glasses,forks,spoons ,knives, No microwave plates to heat up food.

The restaurant inside the hotel had delicious food. All of the staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean and my kids enjoyed the pool.

The building was a bit outdated and needed some repairs. It rained the entire time we were there and we noticed several leaks around the building, especially in the indoor pool area.
