The room was nice: it was clean; even though it was a pet friendly room there was a low pile carpet on the floor, which I find much more comfortable than wood or faux wood floors. While the shower and bathroom area did not have the most stylish decor, it was clean and in good repair and worked well. The staff were pleasant, from my check in experience, to the staff in the breakfast area, to my check out experience.

The options for breakfast didn't provide many healthy protein sources. The coffee was a bit weak. Neither of these would be a deal breaker for me, because the price of the room was very reasonable even if it didn't include breakfast. Another way to look at it: even if I needed to go somewhere else for breakfast, the price and quality of the room made up for what the complimentary breakfast lacked.

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast included a couple of hot items which is always greatly appreciated. The location was central to a few restaurants and pubs and the property had plenty of parking.

The layout of the property was spread out with parking lots in between buildings. Unfortunately, the room numbers were sometimes not visible from the parking lots so even after viewing the map it was difficult to find my room. This could easily be fixed with marking on the parking lot side of the buildings, but I did not see any such markings.

The front desk clerk, Michael, was extremely helpful and polite. Anything we needed met our expectations. Definitely would return because of your staff. Especially how helpful Michael was with checking in.

The person staying above us was walking around loudly and moving furniture around for roughly 3 hours but it finally stopped or I fell asleep before hand.

The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The courtyard in front of our room was perfect for letting our little dog chase her ball. The breakfast was perfect. The staff was as always very helpful and so nice. This was our second time staying here and will always return as long as they keep up the clean, friendly service.

Not having customers clean up behind their pets. Was a lot of poop that the customer should have cleaned up. Since they didn't, they should have been charged for it.

The staff was excellent.

Breakfast room should not allow dogs running around, unless they are guide dogs. Breakfast was ok. The three nights and 4 days we were there the door entrance closes to our room was out of order, inconvenient! I would have like to see an ashtray/trash can on the side of the building facing the mall......cigarette butts everywhere and lemon peels everywhere our whole stay.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, they were helpful, they answered all their questions and didn't mind that we had so many of them.

Location is a little out of the way, but right in the center of North Bend.

They did not have any pet friendly rooms available, but let us stay with our dog anyway. They were very accommodating. They should, however, have the pet charge on their website. Our trip was impromptu. We paid more that we had wanted to, but there were a lot of no vacancies in the area.

The light at the table flickered, so we didn't use it. I let management know when I checked out. The other thing was the other neighbors would slam their door and upset our dog, but that isn't the motel's fault. People can generally be inconsiderate when not at home.

Bed was fantastic, so comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. Great place to relax after a long day of travel. We have stayed at this property many times in the past, and will continue to do so when in the area. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety.....could of used a microwave.

Very comfortable room

The property is quite large and rambling with a large courtyard. I couldn't find my room even with the map. I went back to the front desk and was told that no, the rooms were not listed on the outside of the hall door that I had to access to get to my room. So, I could see through the window of the hall door in question, and by accessing finally found my room. Would be helpful if the room numbers were displayed on the outside.

Location was perfect, room was great!

Having to pay $45 fee for a pet! She wasn’t an issue, won’t stay again because of this. We clean up after our pet and even clean up her water spill from the water bowl! We bring our own stuff to clean up after her!!
