Best communication I’ve seen in Columbia. Excellent service. Everything clean, well explained, professional. Great views from the pool.

Our jacuzzi suite was beautiful. The staff were accommodating and helpful in every way. Also, the place is impeccably clean.

We had a 2nd floor room overlooking the pool and it was noisy, both from the pool and from the restaurant/lobby area. Restaurant food wasn't very good, breakfast was the same every day. Served rotting watermelon for breakfast one day. Overcrowded hot tub. The tap water is not potable, and no water is supplied to the guests. You have to purchase it.

Wounderful location right by the lake. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere. I didn't want to leave this place, could just sit and admire lake for hours. There is also a big pool outside. Amaizing staff who was very helpful to arrange taxi to airport and gave advise on our further travel plans. Nice and tidy rooms with a lake view. You can ask for hairdryer at reception. Tasty and big breakfast with some fruits, juice, coffee, cheese, eggs, pastries and bread selection. Big selection in restaurant menu, food was very nice.

Close to the main attraction, Piedra del Peñol. Easy to move around. Great breakfast. Great views

If you want to party, this is not for you, unless you want to take a taxi to another place, Pool was not properly maintained.

The swimming pool and area was one of the best I have enjoyed. A large patio with plenty of options for shade or sun, a large pool and a large heated jacuzi. The staff service was excellent and friendly. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room had a nice balcony. The little taxis quickly arrived to whisk us into town.

The rooms are on the small side, without any extra chair or desk. But we didn't spend much time inside anyway.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was very clean and refreshing. I loved the fresh fruit at breakfast. We got to watch a spectacular lightning storm over the lake from our private balcony. All rooms have balconies. There was plenty of hot water in the large shower. Would definitely recommend!

Its 20 min walking distance to the rock and 30 min walking distance to the Guatepe center. Clean hotel with a fair price and breakfast was amazing.

The rooms need some update, a bit old.

The only things i didn't like were minor. Water temperature constantly fluctuates but at least there was hot water. I would have rather had a real hand towel (not paper towels) in the bathroom. That is more suitable for a public bathroom.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had some special requests and they were great Room was clean and spacious. We had great views. Every view from this hotel is amazing.

There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel or staff. Everyone and everything was great.

Good location between the town and El Peñón and easy to get a tuk tuk to these places (wouldn’t recommend walking as on a busy road with nowhere to walk). Staff were lovely and helpful and accommodation was very comfortable.

The water in the shower would randomly fluctuate.
