Convenient location to the airport. The facilities were nice with pretty gardens and spas. Didn't get to use the spa since we were too busy with sightseeing, but it looked relaxing. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many options for breakfast and the food was delicious.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The grout corners near the bathtub needs a good deep cleaning as there was a lot of grime in the corners. Also, we wished there were screens on the bedroom windows to keep mosquitoes out of the bedroom. It was quite warm in the bedroom without the windows being open and the air conditioning does not really work which we expected since the aircon doesn't really work anywhere in Italy.

What an amazing facility! We finished a three week tour of Italy with a one night stay prior to a 24 hour journey back to Australia. The room is incredible, the food is delicious and the spa grounds are a delight. Make sure you grab a wrist band for happy hour. We enjoyed the sauna, steam rooms and baths under the main building the most and despite there being many people, it wasn't an issue to slip into a spare space across all the options. Plenty of drink stations around to top up your water (or a coffee if you need one). Check out online makes for an easy exit and allows you to easily see what additions to your account have been made.
As an international tourist, the map and explanation of what is where might be confusing to some. We recommend walking the entire grounds first, so you get a good understanding of what is on offer! Accessing the retreat may be costly for some travelling from Rome. We found the train to Parco Leonardo and taxi (there isn't a taxi 'rank', you'll have to call for one and that will travel from the airport (15-20mins)) to the resort. Some people suggested a bus however we didn't want to do it with our suitcases. The taxi was 20 euro from Parco whilst estimates from the Airport were 30 euro. Either way, it can be an adventure getting there. If you are departing for the airport, their transfer for seven euro per person is a must.

Excellent customer service from the front desk, maintenance (A/C help), and breakfast restaurant staff! We arrived in the afternoon and added on the reduced cost of the wellness center and lunch. Both were worth the price, especially considering they included the happy hour with two drinks and appetizers. We had an early flight, and we asked for coffee. They said we could go to the restaurant for a cup of coffee even though we didn't pay for breakfast, which was nice. The restaurant manager was so accommodating. He made us our coffees and offered for us to grab something to go as well. We love the proximity to the airport and the 7 euros airport shuttle cost. Every time we come/go through Rome, we stay at this fabulous hotel.
When we arrived, the A/C wasn't on, and we couldn't get it to work. Maintenance came to fix it, and we thought it was working, but it got warm in the room that night. Also, we couldn't figure out how to use the coffee machine. Instructions would have been helpful.

This beautiful, extremely well maintained property is mostly a day spa for local Romans with a boutique hotel attached. The entire experience was very Italian. We stayed over a weekend so the thermal and spa area was busy but it was manageable. We loved the different hot pools and areas to chill and everyone behaved (apart from a couple of people smoking where they shouldn't but it was dealt with by the staff when we pointed it out). Lunch was excellent, a real Italian buffet experience, which we enjoyed in the inside restaurant with our fellow robe wearers. I will dream forever of that delicious ricotta cheese... The restaurant was extremely well run and managed given it was busy when we were there. Samuele and Simione were excellent. The daily spa goers are kept away from the hotel area and that felt like we were entering an exclusive, quiet area, which was wonderful. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to be upgraded to a "romantic split level suite" with a living room and beautiful terrace downstairs and bedroom and full marble bathroom and huge tub upstairs. Lovely products are included. Breakfast was lovely, enough choice and excellent quality. The best cappuccinos ever!! We enjoyed two beautiful dinners at the hotel restaurant.
Included is a daily "aperitivo" with prosecco and snacks, which is lovely. It was chilly when we were there by evening time so we did find it cold as it was compulsory to go to aperitivo in robes (although apparently clothes could be worn underneath rather than wet bathing costumes as we were). The idea being I think that everyone should feel like Romans in their white robes. There was an inside area but this was crowded given it was cold. I think during the week or out of season, it would be much quieter. The only issue with the room was that paper cups are provided for use from the coffee machine and mini bar. However, we did ask the restaurant for glasses when we wanted to enjoy a drink in our room and these were provided, no problem at all.

The wellness spa and facilities are amazing. We were staying at the hotel and had full access to the spa from check in until check out time. The gardens surrounding the area are very well kept and walking through them is an experience in itself. The breakfast is a feast to the senses as well as the wellness lunch. We booked dinner at the hotel restaurant - very good service and food. In all we spent a very relaxing weekend. This place is one of the few places where you can stay in your bathrobe all day, relaxing away from the daily stresses in our lives, lounging around whilst sipping prosecco/ wine 😌
Because of the layout of the building, from our room we could hear like a pump noise everytime the next door guests used water. We told reception and they checked it out immediately and explained that this is inevitable due to water pipes being connected between rooms. For a wellness hotel, one should not take for granted the importance of good sleep. Having said so, they were very understanding and offered a very generous discount. Again whilst appreciated, when we visit again, we will be careful with which room/ section we will be staying.

This was the most idyllic setting, near to the airport but you have no idea (no noise at all from planes). It’s a hidden oasis with the most amazing facilities and only 40 minutes from the city of Rome. The spa was easily added when required and included aperitif which was just the right amount of fresh breads, cheese, olives, meats and drinks of your choice. The pools in the spa were numerous as were the hot tubs and saunas, you could get lost in the grounds. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at points throughout our stay, all great quality, tasty food. Tiramisu tacos for deserts in the restaurant are a must. I could not recommend it more! The rooms were air conditioned and even though we had a standard room it was a huge bed. Perfect for couples or a stay with friends and great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had the best time and I would definitely visit again. Thanks so much for our lovely stay!
Nothing- it was all fantastic. Great food, attentive staff. Amazing facilities! They maybe could have slightly better gym equipment and not the best running routes from the hotel but I have been to far worse in other hotels, it’s easy to overlook when everything else is so good.

It was an impressive property. Great upkeep and maintenance. The amount of pools was very nice. The grounds are very big. You offer many unique opportunities and moments. Loved the restaurant and the fireplace. My room was small but great, it was hard to leave. All property covered in beautiful stone work. Lovely architecture. Loved the outdoor saunas with windows. So cool. The swing room was great and the projection with music was cool (maybe an advice to diversify the projection- as you have cool equipment but the projection content could be more exciting cos the idea and the effects are great). Basement spa area was pretty. Would have been nice to have a hot tub/pool. Most of the pools were warm and comfortable. Wellness Farm is a good name. Dinner was great. Loved the fireplace and the fire. That was epic. Breakfast was fantastic too. Beautiful variety and the display. Staff was great. Shuttle service was on time. I have to say, it was hard to leave. Next time for my vacation I should come straight there as this was my flight connecting stop and an accidental find. I liked the fire burning tent too. Little cold for my taste but maybe it is important not to burn the place down. Saunas we’re good. Some hotter than others so that variety was nice.
We love a great customer service but I also felt at the reception it was a lot of service. Maybe I was tiered and ready to relax. I think if you offered a few warmer hot tubs that would have been great. The swing room would have been more comfortable if it was warmer. I thought a good solution for that could be heated floors. That would have been heaven. Steam rooms were look warm. Could have been little warmer, especially with people coming in and out - which allowed the heat to escape too much.

The spa, and the breakfast - I which that for dinner another choice would be available.
That there wasn't another dinner place choice where we didn't have to exist the hotel/spa.

Wow! What a mind blowing experience. We stayed here because we landed in Rome at 3 and left the next morning at 4:00 to catch a flight. This was so much more than I dreamed of when booking. The grounds are like an old Italian villa with MANY different pools, at least 12 hottubs and Jacuzzis. Everyone is in bathrobes experiencing the spa outdoors. IT was perfect for us right before our 13 hour multi flight home. I would recommend for the weary traveler and anyone looking for a spa experience. I would say it was my husband's first time at a place like this and it took him a bit to get comfortable. The free happy hour in which everyone MUST be in a bathrobe was a little off putting to him but eventually helped him relax. 😂 and unwind. I,.myself loved everything about this super charming property.
Dinner on site is pricey and limited but my husband discovered a great sparkling beer there. He had the quail and I the legume soup all was good but very small portions.

This property is like an oasis in the most unexpected location. After a chaotic week of traveling with a toddler in Rome, this was the perfect respite before flying home. Beautiful property, very kind staff, and easy access to the airport. I can't say enough good things about how beautiful the grounds and rooms are. I was also very surprised by how little noise there was from the airport, especially considering how close it was. It didn't bother us at all during our stay.
Considering the cost to stay at this property, it's pretty crazy that you have to pay extra for the airport shuttle. There were a lot of day-pass guests around during the daytime and aperitivo (which takes away from the exclusivity of it all), but as long as you know that going in you shouldn't be bothered.
