We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Presulis twice, and each visit has been absolutely outstanding. The warm and authentic atmosphere—rooted in beautifully crafted woodwork and tasteful interior design—perfectly blends tradition with modern comfort. We’ve experienced two different apartment rooms, and both were exquisitely furnished. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the spacious bathrooms, with their elegant wood and stone elements, add to the overall sense of luxury. Beyond the rooms, Presulis offers top-notch amenities: a serene wellness area with a sauna and a heated pool that never feels crowded, and a restaurant serving exceptional, locally inspired cuisine, all meticulously prepared by a remarkably talented chef. You truly feel the owners’ passion in every detail, and the staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring a memorable stay. After two visits, it’s clear that Presulis lives up to (and even surpasses) its own high standards—a 10 out of 10 experience that we can’t wait to repeat.

The only thing I did not like was the mattress was not comfortable, and the blankets were very small as they provide single-size for a king/queen bed

Everything was perfect. The lodge is beautiful, well laid out and perfectly designed with everything you could need for a stay. Hosts were so accommodating and friendly, we felt right at home! The pool was amazing, the perfect temperature for a little child or an evening dip when the sun is down.

Facilities, view and kitchen are great. Also very friendly owners and personnell.

Room was great, heated pool is great idea ( kids loved it ) . Location is beautiful, hosts are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. All in all - 10/10 :)

Service is 0 on Monday, they lock all the door. Only old father can’t speak English finally opened one door and give key. No restaurant around unless drive out 2.5km in dark night. We are not complaining on the Oldman, my parents also don’t speak good English thus we know how it feels. But the operation is real issue. I didn’t receive any communication except restaurant close on Monday ahead, but the lady insist it’s there and literally said “WHY NOT speaking English is a problem. …..”It was not a big deal so far if they contact ahead or communicate in what’s app or apologize in the morning. But known of these happened. On day two, the daughter insist saying she was ONLY AWAY 10mins, which is just a excuse or lie… My parents also in their 70s. We stuck with 3 large suitcase in big rain in dark night go back and forth to find entrance for 15mins. I am pissed off. And spend another 15mins go back to find the old man get Wi-Fi password and umbrella. When I ask any restaurant around, he only searched “restaurant” in my Google map….we ends up drive down the hilly site in dark and rain to find a restaurant ourself. The worst is they don’t think it’s a problem, they don’t think nobody speak English showed up on day1 was a problem. I told them only give ID info after 11pm. The daughter pissed off. My mum try to ease the situation and give the ID. But the daughter kicked her out. They CALLED POLICE instead as the reason is we close at 10pm. Even police are speechless…. After this, I showed police the room condition on site. But on checkout they THREATEN send me a DAMAGE CLAIM. Overall, the mindset is still family run airbnb rather a fancy hotel on Instagram or website. Its not worth 480euro per night just for the facility. They don’t really welcome non German or non Italian. Be careful or avoid if you don’t speak these two languages.
