Spacious room, looked brand new and very clean

It was located in a warehouse across the road from the sports centre, on an industrial estate. Inside the room was very nice but outside it was not so inviting and a bit remote. The breakfast was ok on the first day but on the second day there was a large group in and several items were not available, including spoons and bread! We did ask about them but were told there were none.

We stayed in the new building, just a few steps away from the main building. The room was beautiful, the beds super comfy. The feeling was more of a youth hostel, but our family room for 4 was spacious and very clean.

The breakfast was a little bald - not many things to choose from. Since the hotel is in a somewhat industrial area, there aren't many places (other than McDonald's) to go eat, so a better breakfast buffet to start the day would be nice.

Very clean, roomy and modern room! Unique facility setup, next to a partner game center with bowling and other fun activities. Easy access to bus stop for train station conveniently located between Zermatt and Interlaken.

Limited activity in Brig, but no complaints; we chose the location to be centered between our day-trip destinations.

The room was much better than we expected - it was clean, modern, well-equipped and spacious. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Hotel. The staff were approachable and friendly. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We would be more than happy to stay again when we're next in the area.

Nothing to dislike at all.

We spent a night there in a five-bed room. The room was not crowded with beds, there was enough space for everybody. Facilities were great. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was fine. The staff was very friendly with us.

We shared a balcony with other rooms and unfortunately, they were smokers, so we couldn't keep our windows open for fresh air because they were constantly outside smoking. Was a bit disturbing but it's not the hotel's fault.

The room is very new and spacious. Breakfast is great. Free parking in front of the hotel is convenient.

We were assigned to stay in the new building, which is good because the room is very new but in the morning we needed to walk to the main building for breakfast , which is not very pleasant in the cold of winter.

Overall, good experience. Arrived very late and the front desk staff were excellent and accommodating.

The one staff member overseeing breakfast essentially yelled at us for sitting at a large table. As an American living in Germany, I have taken in the German culture of sitting at any table and welcoming all to join at the table, which apparently is not a common practice in Switzerland. It is unfortunate that this one gentleman felt the need to scold us.

It was perfect for my family of 5. It’s hard to find accommodation outside of AirBnB for my family but it was easy with Hotel Olympica through booking.com and the staff was very friendly even with the language barrier. Breakfast was also great in the morning.

Booked the family room and it was really big. Lots of space to keep luggage and clothes. Locker was available too. Very quiet location. Need to have own car to come here.

Shower area could have been bigger since the bathroom is huge.

Hotel took us in last minute and were very friendly and helpful despite chaos with trains. Room was good value for money and included breakfast which was ok.

Our evening dinner was very ok considering the cost. We left feeling slightly disappointed with the meal and how much we paid.
