Everyone who was working was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was great. Each day we were there, we had different options. Each day, there were waffles that you can make with strawberries. There was bread, bagels, muffins, or Danish. The pastries were cooked perfectly. They were not prepackaged. Each day, you have a choice of coffee, milk, OJ, apple juice, water, hot chocolate, and tea. There were apples, bananas, yogurt, and granola also offered. One day, we had a delicious fritatta and sausage. One day, we had sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy. They also offered condiments like peanut butter, jelly, syrup, hot sauce, salsa, and shredded cheese. The bed was softer than I liked but in good condition. The room, linens, and towels were clean and unstained. You have a full-size fridge and microwave that can be used, along with a small 2 burner stove top. There are also cups, plates, and silverware available for your use. If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

Honestly, I didn't find a problem with anything. The people that said breakfast wasn't very good, I don't know what more they would want. It's a free breakfast, and I've only had 2 in the 50 years that I've been alive that have been better than the breakfast served here. Those 2 time's I paid significantly more for my room. I can tell you I've had many free breakfasts that were worse. I like a firmer bed, but that's a personal preference. There was no problem with the bed. The only thing that stood out was the couch and chair in the living room, and even though they were not awesome, They were acceptable. For those people saying it was dirty, I didn't see that at all. Anywhere. Some people just can't be pleased.

An update is coming in October which will be fantastic. My only complaint was there were a few spots on the chair that could possibly have been removed a little bit of effort, but definitely not a dealbreaker for this clean freak. Everything was very clean.

Facilities were clean, large. and economical. Breakfast was typical for a hot breakfast. Was pleased to see cutlery used instead of plastic. Next time maybe a mug! It was also pet friendly although didn't like the 75 extra fee.

Our toilet was broken. Obviously noone had reported it even the cleaner. 5 of us had to take the lid off each time to flush it.

Location was great, next to many shops with great food and gifts. Breakfast included in the price was a plus. Staff were great and helpful. Room size was amazing, like staying in a small apartment. Bed was quite comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this facility!

Not much to improve on!

The location is great!! 6 min away from the beach. The neighborhood couldn't be better! With a supermarket in front, restaurants and shops around! Highly recommend!

The room we were was behind the machine room and we were not very happy about the noise sometimes we could hear. But the staff was very kind and tried to accomodate us on the best way. Nothing else to complain.

The location was great. You're a short drive to the beach, straight down the isle of palms connector. There's a small shopping/dining area walkable right outside the hotel with a Target, grocery store, ice cream shop, and restaurants. The cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher were excellent for a weeklong stay. Some pots and pans and silverware was included.

The whole hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The room was clean but everything seemed to be broken, scuffed, or chipped in some way from the furnitures to the light fixtures. The bathtub had about two feel of caulking around the drain. The water pressure was terrible.

Staff was amazing. Location was great, although surprising. It's located in a strip mall/neighborhood thing. It's nice, but just surprising. Beautiful walks and restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. They had a "social" with free beer, wine, and food on Wednesday that was great!

Loud rooms! We chose here because of the quiet room reviews. We weren't as lucky. Next to the busy road, and each room has interior joining doors/rooms. I could hear every can opening and conversation on the other side of the door. Very invasive feeling. Bath rooms dated. Too expensive for what you get too.

breakfast was awful! didn’t impress us at all. Not many options and they stop serving breakfast at 9am (but STOP providing food on the bar at 8am). The few choices they provide are cold and mostly gone by 8am. Also, the staff came knocking on our doors at 9:30 with a notepad asking if we were checking out at 11. it was unexpected and unnecessary. this is the only hotel we stay in here in Isle of Palms but we might be looking elsewhere in the future due to these two issues

i loved the staff & the way they treated us ! i saw people cleaning constantly! my room was space-ish and they allow dogs and treated them amazing aswell! amazing location! they spray for bugs around the property & the manager was just above and beyond - drew fox

breakfast ended rather early but thats not an important factor!

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room (queen suite) was spacious, the breakfast was great, and it was a quick eight minute drive to the beach. We also loved using the basketball hoop outside each day. We will definitely stay here again!
