Clean, beautiful hotel, not too far from Nashville! Lots of great shopping and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is a nice pool.

The breakfast seemed rather basic for such a large hotel. It was a busy morning, and the breakfast ran out. The staff seemed too busy to deal with it. Probably they were understaffed, but the response seemed rude.

Good food at breakfast. Rooms are a good size. Location is really good. Friendly staff.

More wash clothes in the room and small garage bags, so we can empty trash more often.

did not get any breakfast. when me and my son went down at 830am to eat the breakfast it was completely whipped out other than cereal. even the coffee was empty

did not like getting a king room instead of the 2 queen beds i had booked. so me and my 18yr old son had to sleep in the same bed.

I was not there for the breakfast because we had an early flight going to Mexico. Loved the location with easy access to shopping for the ladies, restaurants, and the airport as well. There is a shopping center across the road with a nice movie theater. The family (8 adults) and I had an early dinner and decided to watch a movie at the theater on the night before our trip to Mexico. This is my hotel of choice when I travel using Nashville international airport. I will be back next year. Loved it!!!

The Mt. Juliet community is nice and the property is easy to get to. It also appeared relatively clean. Our room was clean. The desk was a nice size, as was the tv

Parking was limited, the bathroom was dated, the coffee was not kept fresh throughout the day and there were ants in and around the creamer. The pool was out of order.

The hotel was very close to shopping centers and restaurants and conveniently placed just off the interstate. Our room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and had plenty of channels to watch on tv. We had a good breakfast in the mornings with hot and cold selections. The front desk staff were pleasant and friendly also.

The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub was out of order. I really could've used that because I was in pain. Oh and we didn't have a microwave in our room.

They didn't give ne a room with a microwave and my booking stated that my room would have one.When I questioned it I was told it happens all the time if you don't book directly through the hotel other than that everything was amazing

We had to call about lights two times. 1st bathroom light was out that got fixed and then there was a breaker that blew and the other lights were out. They did fix promptly. The cleaning staff were a little rude when my daughter fir got her purse and had to ask them to open our door cause we already turned in our key the girl acted like it was a big inconvenience for her. Although we apologized she still was unfriendly.

I really appreciate the suite layout with separate vanity from the shower for my family of five.

The pull out mattress needs replacing. The breakfast was meh- nothing against local staff. Hampton overall can improve the food quality.

The breakfast was more than adequate with several options to choose from.

The exhaust fan in our bathroom wasn't working so it was a bit muggy in our room.
