Great location. Close to the airport and not too far from other tourist areas. Walking distance to the beach. Breakfast is mad delicious. The staff are very friendly and attentive to one's needs. Great views. Very clean property. Good value for the price. Good water pressure in the shower plus hot water. Pool is amazing.

Wasn't too fond of the comfort of the bed; could be better, but it was ok. Wasn't too fond of the glass stairs; though, they're nice and modern, they were a little scary to step on (for me at least). Other than that, love this place.

Delicious breakfast

TV doesn't work if it rains. It involves the outdoor cable. I didn't have TV during my 3 night stay. After it stopped raining and the weather was nice the notation on my screen stated "no connection". I'm sure the reception desk would have corrected the connection issue but I was leaving in the morning and didn't bother any more with the TV

staff very friendly and helpful. location directly opposite of three of the best restaurants in the area with beach club facilities, clean water up to 2m deep. most areas i could stand.

a sun protection on the balcony would be a 'nice to have'. room could do with a bit of TLC, but clean and fit for purpose.

The room was nice and comfy, even if I would have preferred one upstairs. The breakfast was nice too and I found the staff really available and discrete at the same time.

It was pretty loud on afternoons with the pool being right next to the room, family with kids playing and yelling etc. was a bit too much but not the hotel's fault really... Just be aware that rooms are concentrated close to and around the pool.

The place is located in the more quiet part of Boca Chica near more upscale restaurants. Although the rooms are a little outdated, everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely nice and there was parking on-site. We stayed for one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was perfect for that.

The room we had, had a connecting door to the next room. Although locked, you can hear every noise, conversation, and movement from there. You can also see beams of light coming from there. We stayed for one night so it was fine but anything longer than that would not have been doable.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and nicely served, coffee was perfect, rooms are great with interesting layout, armchairs super comfy. One of the nicest places ive stayed in DR.

Not much space for sunbeds around the pool

All of the staff were professional and kind, especially the housekeeping staff who were all exceptional. Natasha was especially AMAZING and handled requests with warmth, swiftness and professionalism.

I paid for a room with a kitchen but the burners had only one setting and the refrigerator was not cold enough to prevent spoilage so the savings on cooking were lost to me. This was very disappointing since it was an extra expense to me.

The staff very helpful, organised to handover the keys when we were checking in late. The securidy guard was lovely and helped with our suitcases. In the morning the staff kept our suitcases until later in the afternoon after we checked out

no shower gel available, just a soap bar. Difficult to wash the hair after a day at the beach

-Nice location. In front of the best restaurants of Boca Chica. -Clean and cozy -Elisa at the front desk, is very kind and professional. -The shower is very strong. I used it as an hydromassage.

They should improve on accessories in the shower.
