Location, amazing bed, appliances work, shower is great, super spot clean, modern feel… for the price they charge, it’s one of the best deals in the area!

There’s no chair in the room. I know it feels idiot, but there’s a microwave. Then you need to eat in your bed! That doesn’t make any sense. I had late nite pizzas and milk/sandwich for breakfast. Fridge and microwave are lifesavers but you need to eat sitting in your bed. And you shouldn’t eat where you sleep for sanitary reasons, right?

The hotel's location was perfect for us since we didn't want to rent a car so we were ubering to places. The reason of our travel was go to to Island of Adventure in Universal, and this hotel was about only 20 mins from Universal. We went only to sleep and the night of the arrival we were able to find a lot of restaurant options in walking distance from the hotel. Totally recommend Sakeba Sushi & Grill next to the hotel. The sushi was amazing and we were able to get some Sake since we were not driving! Food was local, fresh and deliciuos. Also, we found a coffee shop called Juan Valdez aprox 5 mins walking distance from the hotel for breakfast, the coffee was delicious and the snacks as well. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. In my opinion this hotel is a great option if you want to save in your stay. The front desk girls were kind and courteous. They suggested few places around. Clean towels. Quite neighborhood. Tons of parking space. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Coffee too. The room is well equipped with hair dryer , tv, fridge, microwave.

What I like about the property. Number one it is surrounded by a lot of food and restaurants. Food trucks are available. Every type of food you can imagine is within the strip or mile radius. The facility was very clean no bugs or anything. The shower was hot. Any issues I’ve had with the rooms they allow me to, check into another room. The staff was very courteous. The Bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the fact that the facility had a coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave.

I only had two issues with my stay. Beware that it is a 30 minute drive from the airport. It was a 30 minute drive to downtown as well so unless you’re renting a car you’re going to pay a handsome amount using Uber. The water in the sink Would not continuously be hot. Sometimes hot ,sometimes not. For some reason, the TVs were not very clear (snow)and the channels were very limited if you’re looking for sports. do not I repeat. Do not put your door key next to your wallet or your key fob. You would have to go back to the office because it disrupts the card. even though they had towels, it would’ve been nice to have small hand towels.

The manager, Franklin, and Maria at the front desk were quite accommodating and caring at a time when we were under a lot of stress preparing for a funeral.

The hotel is located 15 min away from Disney and there’s a lot of good restaurants nearby, check in was easy.

The room was overall cleaned, there was a stain that I’m not sure what was it, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bath mats needs to be added, we were only provided 3 bath towels; The toilet is lose when you sit in it, so that can cause an accident; The shower was clean but there was pink mildew around, they don’t even have to scrub it, bleach can solve this; We also found 2 strings of hair around the bathtub; Also, on check in they didn’t provide me a map to find our room, so we had to go around the hotel looking for it. Even with the hiccups I would still book again, I just wish they would solve it.

The lobby was bright and looked recently remodeled, same with the room. Room was very clean and had no odors. Linens and towels were very white and appeared fairly new. No problem with the key card. The price was very good just for a single night to sleep even with the negatives mentioned in my review. Paid more for worse at other motels before.

There weren't any wash cloths or hand towels in the room. Only 4 bath towels and a floor mat. Lobby did not have any to provide. It was late when we checked in. Luckily we had a small towel in the car. The bathroom door was warped and was barely able to open and close. TV did not work either with the remote or by using the controls on the set itself. But we didn't need it anyways. Bed was very soft, too soft for me but that's a personal opinion. People vary.

The rooms have been updated with new floors, beds and bathrooms. The light for the room I stayed in was on the wall instead of in the ceiling and it was too bright with it being directed that way. I used the bathroom light instead.

Check-in was 45 minutes because the guy at the front desk (Kevin) could not work the system and he was overwhelmed by the amount of people that were trying to check in. There were 3 people ahead of me and all of them were turned away from staying at the hotel because there were not any two bed units available Once I got into my room, I noticed that there were not any towels at all and when I went to the lobby to get some it was an extra 15 minutes since the gentleman at the front was having more problems with additional people trying to check in. I stayed for two nights and had only one towel which was ok but would have liked a wash cloth or hand towel in addition but there was none available to the gentleman at the front.

The pool was closed my entire stay Setting up the Accommodations was very trying to say the least. When I filled out all the paperwork for the reservation and use my American Express card, I never heard back. I called and they said it wasn’t accepted because they don’t accept American Express. If I didn’t call, I would’ve never known the confusing part. Was they accepted it when I filled out all the paperwork online, but they didn’t accept it when it got to the hotel After several tries I got it done.
