Me and my partner stayed here in February 2024 for a ski trip and highly recommend this as a place to stay. Firstly, the hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. We opted for the half board service and we are very happy that we did, the evening meals were delicious (served from 7pm on an evening) The hotel is a traditional Austrian establishment which we really liked. Our room was fairly basic but very comfortable and had a balcony which boasted a decent view. The hotel is located in Vordeglemm, however this is only a short bus ride from Saalbach (5-10 mins) and Hinterglemm is then a further short bus ride from Saalbach. There is also a ski lift situated a 10 min walk from the hotel and from here you can take routes into Saalbach / Hinterglemm if you want to avoid buses altogether. The ski bus service runs frequently during the day - if you want to enjoy the evening Apres in Saalbach, the last buses back to Vordeglemm from Saalbach at 6.30pm and 7.20pm, or taxis are always available for a cost of around €15-€18. To conclude, this was great value for money and thanks to the hosts for being as kind as they were!

We had an amazing stay at the location! It is not far away from a ski lift, which is connected to the entire large ski area. Paul and Ian are great hosts. We always felt very comfortable and welcome. If you have booked halfboard, you will have the choice between two meals in the evening. You can get seconds at any time. Also, it was very tasty. We were also more than satisfied with our room. We travelled over New Year's Eve and found ourselves sitting downstairs in the dining area with some other guests. We really had fun and there is also the option of a typical Austrian cheese fondue. We will definitely be back and can only recommend the guest house!

The hotel is in the most beautiful location. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We went half board and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the cosy dining room. The place is owned by the most wonderful people. We can not thank them enough for their kind hospitality. My partner was taken ill, and they called an ambulance for us and supported us with everything as we only speak English, they couldn't have done more to help us in a scary situation. If we are in Austria again, we would not hesitate to come back! Dog friendly too.

The story for this hotel started 500 years ago when it was a leather maker and has been owned by the present family since 1890's. The hotel now seeks to offer travellers an affordable budget offer and the price is incredible good value. We opted to have the evening meal which was very tasty and the breakfast also was very tasty. We really like the ethos of the owners who seek to run the hotel as efficiently as possible and thus making the cost to the traveller affordable. They are very warm and friendly and we would recommend this as a place to experience to anyone.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I truly enjoyed my stay with my little dog, and only wish it could have been longer. Dogs are permitted, and it was a great location to walk my little dog to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Check-in was easy! I just stated when I would arrive. The pension is a small family-run business, and you could tell that the owners, Paul, Ian, and Paul senior all really took care of the hotel and its customers. I stayed in one of the updated rooms with a balcony that overlooked the mountains. The view was absolutely picturesque. I saw one of the mid-century rooms in passing and it was quaint, as well. I appreciated the modern aesthetic of the updated rooms a lot. There was plenty of storage in a nice large wardrobe. There was even parking for electric vehicles if customers needed to plug in, and then there was a charge for the used electricity. Dinner was fantastic - Wienerschnitzel and potatoes. Absolutely delicious! The bed was comfortable and breakfast was a real treat, with meats, cheeses, veggies, fresh rolls, yogurt, juice, and coffee. There was even a small menu at breakfast for those who wanted something a little different. The location was fantastic. Paul pointed out that you can even see the ski slopes from the hotel. Overall my dog and I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I am looking forward to many future trips to this lovely little pension in the mountains!

The place has some original Austrian vibes. The owners were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Easy and plenty of parking. Walking distance to gondola and restaurants.

The mattress in our room was not very comfortable and the bed was making noises when moving slightly. The pillows were also quite small and only one per person. Unfortunately, we could not attend the dinner in-house during our stay since a big group maxed out the capacity. In general, we had good time though!

We were a bit late on the road and Paul (the host) agreed on a bit later check in - which was a great start! The room was perfectly cleaned with nice warm blanket and comfy bed. Paul is such a lovely person with great customer service skills. We loved the amazing breakfast served by Ian. The joker card was great addition. And of course the location is fantastic! Honestly, given the price - we were nicely surprised with everything! We cannot wait to be back in this family run guest house. Thank you for everyting and see you soon!

Pension Lederergütl an atmosphere of peace, with its beautiful landscapes, the beautiful views of its mountains, the smell of pure mountain air, a comfortable prices for their rooms, their very clean rooms, their clean bathrooms, cleanliness all around, they have 5* rooms for the most demanding, traditional Austrian food made at home. homemade flavor 😍. Paul Perterer and his father own the hotel, excellent hosts in the Perterer family business. excellent location, entertainment is just blocks from the hotel, the lowest prices in the area. They offer you the necessary services and if you want more, be prepared to pay more. 10 ⭐️ for me.

Best buy on the market. I always consider the price and the offer and this was far above anything expected. The house itself looks like it's taken from the Christmas postcard. The spacious room had the most amazing scent of healthy quality timber. The balcony had a perfect view on the nearby mountain and the sound of the mountain stream flowing next to the property was the cherry on top. The dining area, although small, was kind of charming. Some might not enjoy it, but we did. We visited in the summer months, so I can only imagine how fantastic it is in the winter. Almost forgot. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Too short a stay. We were just passing through and needed a place to rest. Next time, and there will be a next time, this is going to be our main destination.

Paul & Ian were very helpful throughout our stay and I would definitely go back. Superb secure storage facility for mountain bikes with electric charging points for E-bikes. Joker card supplied by the hotel gave us free bus rides (access to Saalbach/Hinterglemm or Zell-am-See not a problem), free gondola rides for hiking (unlimited as foot passengers), 2 gondola rides with bikes per day. Good off street parking (free). Excellent breakfast & evening meals.
