The staff were amazing. They were quick and friendly when tending to our needs. The space itself was large enough for my family of 4. It was very clean and the beds were comfy to the point where I didn't wake up sore. Lobby is open 24/7 so late check ins are accepted.

There are no handle bars to get out of the jetted tub so you have to be careful of getting out and our shower handle bar to open the shower door was loose. Confused about the old t.v. in the bathroom. What's the purpose of it? It's not loud enough to hear if you're in the shower or using the jetted tub and the quality is 480 at best. Definitely an early 2000's model of t.v.

I loved the location. It was close enough to walk but a decent distance where you’re not in the middle of the stip.

There were red stains on the couch, I just didn’t sit near it but definitely not a fan of that.

Facilities in general were very nice and clean. Had all necessary to have a great stay. Included kitchen and bathroom appliances were as described in Booking.com. The facilities are connected to MGM Grand through a walkway. The walk to The Strip and The Miracle Mile Shops is about 15 minutes.

The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable. The mattress was too thing. Should have a thicker mattress or something like a Murphy bed instead. The shower of the extra bathroom was clogged.

valet parking in bldg 3 would close early, was told we had to park at MGM casino parking, later found out could park valet @ bldg 2.

Everything was very nice and looking great.

Last night, I couldn't park at the Jet. I was asking to drive to the MGM parking lot. Although they did give me a free parking voucher. I had to walk back to the Jet with my family at night.

Room was very comfortable and spacious.

One of the sinks had a spray issue. Thermostat kept resetting the temperature.

Facilities were as per description. Location wise was great - MGM was assessable through the facility only and to get to the strip otherwise was about 8-10 mins walk. The airport was 16-20 dollars by Uber. Toilets were grand with jacuzzi. The sofa cum bed was comfortable. We had booked - penthouse ie 31st floor - view of Vegas was super from there.

No room service was available. We had booked 2 rooms together but were told at the reception that rooms allocated are in different towers by booking.com and hence they cannot change them at all. Need to pay attention to this.

Having our own self contained space including cooking and food preparation. Washing machine and dryer. Swimming pool. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Of the 8 nights we stayed we were without hot water for 4 of them at key shower times. The lighting was poor in the living area and main bedroom. On arrival 2 of the free standing lights did not work and had to call reception twice to get them fixed. The ice maker in the fridge was broken and even after reporting, it was not fixed, although they offered to change our room, we decided was too much hassle. Parking was too expensive at $35 self park or $50 valet per night. Ended up parking in the public park opposite for $20 per night

We stayed in a 1br apartment. The extra room was nice so we were apart from the kids. It had 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, wardrobes and sitting area in the living room. Balcony was nice to be able to look outside. We had a mountain view which overlooked the airport too. Great noise cancelling with the tinted and soundproof windows. The sofa bed was very saggy in the middle, so the kids being 15 years old had issues with rolling into each other all the time. Great amenities at the apartment though. Would have been good to know more about what to do with garbage though for a 4 night stay as it piled up. Use of the MGM grand pool was nice, especially being that our pool was closed for renovations, and the shard Tower 1 and 2 pool was quite busy. The area around was good, great security on the gate and all staff were very helpful. valet parking was easy and quick retrieval of the vehicle. Issue in the apartment was met with prompt response through booking.com messages. Can't fault that quick service! Large fridge and fully equipped kitchen was great for preparing lunches and dinners to save some $ out on the strip. Quick walk up to the strip via E Harmon Ave and was safe to walk that street at night. Overall would stay again. Thank you for having us!

Sofa bed needs to be re-sprung. More info in the room about housekeeping and rubbish would be helpful. A guide for services etc would have been very helpful. Sign inside the apartment states not to ask Signature for information, but do need to speak to them to get the help you need.

Company managing penthouses is different from the one running hotel. That didn't make any difference or impact on quality of our stay. Size of the apartment was perfect for 3 of us (2 adults 1teenager). Large bathroom with two sinks, large shower cabin and bathtub. Kitchenette was very handy for self made breakfasts and evening meals. Beds were comfy. Easy access to MGM casinos and restaurants and free access to Grand Pool Complex. Strip is walking distance from all towers either through main gate or longer walk through MGM casinos. View from top 38th floor over South east part of Vegas and airport was a huge bonus.

Valet service (separate entity not associated with company renting apartment) left car in a way that battery died, that caused some complications that resulted in replacing the car through rental company. We've lost so much time that we missed out on planned activities on our last day in Vegas.
