What a gem! We had the BEST time at Serene Nature. Not only the hotel, but the staff makes the stay so special. Lily, Rosy, Sali, Cathryn, Peter and the others are so warm and welcoming. And they speak English very well! We stayed 2 weeks in Serene and they all feel like family. The hotel is perfectly located, just outside the busy town, surrounded by peacefull ricefields. You can use free bikes for a short ride to old town, Grabs are cheap too. The room is great! The beds are super comfy, shower is hot with plenty of pressure! We work online and the wifi is perfect for Zoom meetings, never had issues. We really enjoyed working in the restaurant, they have good americano's too. The breakfast is nice. Buffet style with lots of things to choose from and there's always some one cooking fresh eggs & noodle soups. Best price/quality you could wish for. Don't hesitate to book here!

The hotel was a gem in the middle of nature. Surrounded by rice fields with wonderful views. We particularly enjoyed the free bikes and rode around the palm lined waterways to the beach. The pool is a good size and very welcome in the heat. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The best part of the hotel, however, was the friendly staff. They catered for our every need and went out of their way to chat.

There were no other restaurants in the immediate area but it was only a short taxi ride into Hoi An or Grab delivered.

I love this place!

This was by far the BEST SERVICE we have ever had. We want to thank the lovely staff. We appreciated their attentiveness to any and all requests and services. They helped with EVERYTHING! Lily welcomed us upon check-in and provided us with a list of recommendations around town. She also helped us in the rain as we requested to change our rooms on our first day. Then Rosie helped us change rooms a second time half way through our stay as well as per requested. The staff always brought food and drinks to our room if we wanted breakfast in bed and also when we had food and drinks delivered through Grab. The pool was lovely and due to the low season, we had the place mostly to ourselves. The facilities and the staff is what made our stay an unforgettable one! Thank you all! We were sad to say goodbye.

One thing to note is that this property is outside Old Town and in the countryside. In saying that, if you fear geckos, I would suggest staying in the city.

We had a very comfortable stay here. Everything was to a high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, away from the hustle and bustle, a 10-15 min motorcycle ride from old quarter. We also used the push bikes a couple of times to cycle to the beach and other areas. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants, laundry, supermarket. Peter from the breakfast staff was very kind. He took us to a beautiful temple and shared some of his expertise on Buddhist practice with us. Thank you, we hope to be back again one day soon.

I think a designated area away from the pool and restaurant for cigarette smoking would be thoughtful for those who do not smoke.

Cleanliness. Breakfast superb. Location just conveniently far enough away from the night market and busy centre of Hoi an but very easy to get to with free hotel bikes as were the beaches. Reported a bathroom fan not working and it was inspected and replaced within a couple of hours. Faultless service. We asked for information and advice on the remainder of our stay in Vietnam and Sally took it upon herself to basically sort the remainder of our trip! Sorted and booked train and ferry tickets and advised us on best places to stay and visit in Cam Toc and Hanoi. Really can’t thank her enough. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, wonderful bunch!

This hotel was amazing, an absolutely beautiful property away from the noise of the city. Room was large and comfortable with an fantastic bathroom. In house breakfast was delicious with many options and fresh eggs every morning. The only downside is you are out of the city, so will either need to use the bikes provided or take a grab to get into the main town of Hoi An. My fiancé was sick while we stayed here with the flu, and we were constantly offered tea / toast for him to eat and were asked about his condition. Lily and Catherine wee amazing and really made our stay at Serene Nature feel like home.

What a find, we absolutely loved our 3 weeks here. The room was spacious and always clean. Great pool, bar and casual outdoor dining. Breakfast was more than amply. Very Serene, located amongst the rice fields, so peaceful and relaxing. The best bit by far was the wonderful staff, friendly attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Especially enjoyed the coffee making class just for me, thank you Angel (outstanding) and Sophie. Reception staff were always so helpful, Lilly, Rosie, Catherine,Sally and let’s not forget Mr Minh the GM, a great team. Got to know the bar and restaurant staff well, Peter, Min and Max, thank you. The best endorsement has to be “will you return” and yes already booked 8 weeks for April and May 2025. Try this fabulous friendly small hotel you won’t be disappointed, amazing value.

Absolutely nothing

Lovely and a quite new hotel. It is located about 10 min, by car/motorbike, between the old town and the beach in a quiet area alongside the rice fields. Peaceful and beautiful view. Really nice and beautiful pool area with a bar and restaurant. They have lovely fruit juices. The staff is great. They are very friendly and extremely helpful, The laundry service is very good and cheap. The spa is great and offer very good massage and treatments. Spacious, clean and nice room, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is not the biggest but good, options for everybody. In addition you can order egg, omelette and noodle soup.

The rooms were clean, spacious and new. The showers were lovely, a gorgeous balcony and a beautiful air conditioned room. It had a gorgeous pool, with such a relaxed vibe that was perfect for us. Breakfast was varied, offering local dishes as well as staple classics, served with delicious Vietnamese coffees. The best thing about this property is the staff, who helped us with absolutely everything from organising day trips to getting a food delivery; when we came in we were offered a comprehensive list of local highlights and places to eat. The care and hospitality was excellent and made our stay in Hoi An beautiful. This was perfect for a relaxed stay away from the hustle of the centre, with a taxi to the old town only £1 and 10 minutes which makes it so ideal to go in for the evening
