The property was very well cleaned, with comfortable and well organised rooms, bathrooms, beds. The staff were very very friendly. I accidentally dropped a bottle of wine at the front door and they made everything to assure me not to worry and that it’s not a problem for them to clean the mess 😅. Thanks again! Another important part - the parking is very easy on the site. There are several restaurants nearby, the mall is 5-10 minutes walking distance. Anyway, if you want to have a breakfast there, you can arrange it until 21:00 on the previous day. You can choose among several meals and choose an approximate time in the morning in which to be prepared for you in order to be warm and ready on time. This was very good for us, because our schedule was overloaded during the stay, so we got not much time to wait even for the breakfast to get ready.

Highly recommend. I love that it was close to everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I requested breakfast an hour before the cut-off time, and they even agreed to serve it after the standard breakfast time. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I ordered beignets with their homemade cherry jam, a poached egg, and some bacon, and it exceeded my expectations.The room was exactly like the pictures. They even let me check in 6 hours early. I would definitely stay there again!!

I booked a last-minute reservation and got the last room available, which was right next to the entryway, the stairs, and the hallway leading to the other apartments. If you are a person who likes to sleep in, I would not recommend this particular room since everyone goes through your front door when they're coming in and out of the hotel and it can get a bit load. Also, one of the covers in the wardrobe had some very visible stains, which is not something you want to see when you're staying in a hotel and getting cold and want something to cover yourself with. They smelled clean, so I know they were washed. I would just recommend a stronger stain remover for the sheets, covers, and protectors. Dogs can be a bit messy, and so can people.

We really liked this aparthotel (two families in two separate rooms) - everything is new, the rooms and bathrooms, corridors and common areas were extremely clean and pleasant, well lit, pictures and decorations made the place cosy. The description and photos fully match the reality. There was hot water all the time, each room had a table & several chairs, a desk, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, dishes (glasses, plates, utensils), an electric kettle, even a hair-dryer. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the host showed us the whole building, we were impressed that they had very well-equipped and truly professional kitchen, which can be used freely by the guests. There were also common dining/sitting areas, laundry room with washing/drying machines, etc. The host said that they offered both short- and long-term booking. I think there is everything needed for a long stay. The aparthotel is located at quiet place (it is near small street with low traffic) and there were enough (and free) parking places in front. It is close to the mall and both parks. We were with a baby and also with a dog (pets are allowed in the aparthotel) and we all loved it. We highly recommend the place for a pleasant stay in Stara Zagora :)

The hotel exceeded our expectations by a lot. The place was very clean, the room waa comfortable. The staff was super nice. We stayed there for 3 nights while attending a concert and they left a thematic gift for us - 4 beers in tge fridge. We were welcomed with our dog and there were other people with pets as well. However the room and all areas were very clean ans neat. Also, there's a burger place downstairs, which we also highly recommend. The burgers were amazing. We will definitely look to book this place again if we visit Stara Zagora. Had a lovely stay.

I don't know what this facility was before, but it is perfectly renovated and very suitable for Aparthotel. Self-check-in system is quite useful. Rooms are not small and are equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are really, really large. Quite good for wet adventures ;) Location is good enough - not in the centre but not very far by walking. There is a parking lot in front and also a burger shop.

Continue to think that the organisation of guest's breakfast is not the most convenient for everybody. Provided the guest come late in the night he or she can not have a dinner at the hotel, and on the top of it, can not order the breakfast for the next morning. It's funny. Indeed the guest can solve the issue himself by attending snack-bar/restaurant or similar facility elsewhere.

Perfect location to stay, room is new and super cosy, with kettle, sink, microwave, TV, air-conditioning. The bed is comfortable and large. Bathroom is also ok. The location is super quite and silent. Mall is 5 min walking. I also asked for laundry service and was excellent. If you are in the area, please go to this place, you will wake up fresh and reactivated, ready to start your next day!!!

Very clean, easy to check in.

Bed is not soft enough. There were only one fork and one spoon for two people. The hotel is pet friendly, but the stuff in the cafe on ground floor is not. There was a thin hungry baby cat in the street. It was 35 outside. I asked them a bowl of water for the cat and they refused to do it in rude way. A woman in the staff was shouting at me when I was feeding the small cat. Indifference kills :(

Everything is fresh new. Friendly staff.Very clean room , warm that is excellent during winter (good AC ) Big smart TV, internet. The bathroom is absolutely the best I visited recently. You have even small fast food in the same building.I recommend this hotel.

The only remark is the bed-too hard for me and not too comfy . Access to the bed in double room is a little bit limited from one side but you see this in the picture.
