We stayed for a week and enjoyed the large room and the location was great for us. If you are going to the Grand Ole Opry or the General Jackson Showboat, it's pretty close. The room was very clean and had been recently renovated.

There really needed to be more grab bars in the bathroom, especially with that deep tub. Also really needed a larger refrigerator. That dorm-sized one was too small for a week-long stay. Also the road noise really came in through the air conditioning vents in our room. Lastly, breakfast could have used more variety. Maybe not serve the same options every day.

The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating ! Especially when the tornado had hit they were reassuring and made me feel safe. As an Australian visiting for the first time we don’t get them here so I was a little uneasy. Had a great stay there and would definitely stay again

Wasn’t notified of any construction happening and was a little uncomfortable with the tradies doing the work knocking on my door and asking if I can leave the door open so they can put the carpet down. The phone line in the room wasn’t working and my friend got stuck in the elevator cause it had broke down

The manager is amazing! The breakfast has alot of different choices to choose from. Location is easy access to everything! Pool was very nice. Beds were comfortable.

I was expecting the same room that i booked in June but it was completely different. Both were a king room with a sofa ( i liked 340 . The bedroom was closed off from the rest of the room. It also had a kitchen . Also 2 tvs) I had 240 this time and not nearly as nice. Bedroom was all open . Only one tv. No chairs no kitchen. Seemed like alot of wasted space.

I always love a hotel that has breakfast included. The room was great. I loved seeing the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash all wall mounted in the shower along with the body lotion by the sink. I love the size and style of the mini fridge and the coffee pot in the room. Very clean and friendly staff.

Only issue we had with our room #207 was the flushing of the toilet. We had to hold the flush handle down the entire time in order for it to flush properly. I'm not sure if it was just my girlfriend and I having issues with the coffee quality and taste between it being the brand of coffee that was used and provided or if it was just our tastebuds? We couldn't quite get it to our liking. we added creamer and sugars and still something was off.

There was plenty of breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to use the tables to order in pizza for our group. The lobby was clean and inviting. The eating area was clean and comfortable.

My room was missing the blow-dryer. The pool was closed for maintenance. It was a really long walk down that hallway!! The breakfast eggs and gravy were only so-so, not the best tasting.

Very convenient location right off of the highway and decent Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot. Took a LONG time to check in, not very convenient, however the lady taking so long to check us in was very very nice and you could tell she was probably new and was very good about bringing the extra pillows and blankets we requested. Beds decent 7/10.

I have stayed at this property twice. Both times took almost 20 minutes to check in and they have a $200 deposit fee that takes about a week to go back onto your card. It’s about $25-$30 to much at the price we paid but had no other option for a room that sleeps 6. The room we stayed in could use a fresh coat of paint and a few very minor repairs.

That when I got there they said I didn't have a booking. And I know I booked the room and I even gave them my booking info. Stated they never received the booking from yall. I was very upset. Thank goodness they had a room for us. But I no then I'd be out of a place to stay 3 hours away for 3 nights and 2 days. Very disappointed. We always us booking through yall and always stay at the same place when we go to Nashville

The room was very large - a suite - a great value for the price paid. The room came with ironing board & iron, 2 large screen TVs, separate kitchen/eating area, giant bathroom, and the coffee pouches provided in the room are a higher grade than what you would find in comparatively priced hotels. The location was also reasonably close to downtown Nashville by car.

Customer service was top notch...got me into my room super early and cared about out well being because of the heat so they rushed to get our room available...the suite room was very nice and super clean...the pool area was FANTASTIC...the breakfast was so good...super easy to highway and walking distance to a few restaurants

I loved the customer service the best... Prior to our arrival I received multiple emails about our coming dates. Anytime i had a question it was answered promptly and courteously!! UPON arrival... it was a little chaotic at check in as the ONE desk clerk was trying to get multiple Ladies checked in for a retreat!! There were some issues with rooms not being ready!! ADRIAN-- kept his cool and did a FABULOUS JOB!!! Handling the problems... one group had to be reassigned 3 times!!!! But he made it happen and all along kept those of us in line informed and apologizing for the delay!!

ONE MORE PERSON at CHECK-IN when there are large groups of people checking in!! AGAIN--- ADRIAN ROCKED THE SITUATION he was left with!
