Here’s a draft for your review: I had an excellent stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always available to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the overall atmosphere. The location was also perfect, especially for my work trip, as it’s conveniently close to the Roma Nord exit. If you’re in the area for business or leisure, this is a fantastic choice.

Beautifully appointed hotel, with marble bathrooms and entrance halls that I'd be pleased to have in my own home. Very, very spacious rooms, with tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely garden and beautiful pool. Furthermore, the best breakfast I've ever seen in an Italian hotel with delicious home made cakes, and savoury options to boot. Dog friendly. Good WiFi. Charging posts for E-cars.

The water pressure in my (top-floor) room was rather low so I couldn't take advantage of the side jets in the shower.

The Hotel is very close to the A1 motorway and therefore also ideal for a stop. The staff was very kind. They waited until late for us so that we could enjoy an excellent dinner at the restaurant. They were also very friendly to our little boxer Asia who was very welcomed and also enjoyed the stay :-) The pool looks nice but we did not have time for a little swimming. We will surely stop here again at the next drive through Italy.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff's service was exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect for travelers with a car, with easy access to major roads and plenty of secure parking available. I was also pleased to find EV charging stations available, which made it incredibly convenient for my hybrid vehicle. Highly recommend!

The hotel is well situated with ready access to the autostrade. It is very quiet. Charging for 4 electric cars on the property, and very dog friendly. The rooms are massive with great bathrooms, and the breakfast superb. It is exactly the hotel that I need for my overnight stays and to round it all off, the price is very reasonable. Bravo!

The hotel is very clean, the staff extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The way our dog was welcomed was extra nice (there was even food for him in the room!). The bed was big and comfortable. The gym was nicely equipped and the garden also nice to walk in. The food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty, not expensive. Breakfast was generous and also inexpensive.

The walls are thin and we could hear a lot going on during the night.

It’s a very quiet yet welcoming hotel in pleasant gardens this is my 4 th visit. Perfectly situated for me coming from the north and they kindly allow me to leave my car there ( at a charge) whilst I’m away for 2 weeks

Arriving in the dark in early evening the hotel parking is usually very full .

The washing facilities were excellent, essential in a very warm country, larger bathroom than normal very clean with a touch of opulence.

The restaurant staff did not make much of an effort to communicate and we were not offered hot drinks at breakfast. A guide as to how the breakfast buffet worked yould have been useful

Convenient for airport return day before flight. Courtesy upgraded to suite; big king-sized bed, upgraded shower, nice dining facility, pool, and great & friendly staff.

Coming from North on A1, WITH Google Maps it routed us way off, so it was difficult to find. But easy on ramp on departure for FCO airport.

We didn’t want to deal with Rome traffic and finding parking late at night, so we decided to stay at the outskirts of city for one night. I’m glad we did. Our suite was spacious and clean, there was parking on the premises, and lovely staff made our stay really wonderful!
