This is fantastic place. Even better than it is described. It is quite place. It has everything that it is needed. Maybe the bed could be little wider but they are comfy. It is perfect place from where you can go to Florence for a visit. Actually it is real relaxing from visiting very touristy Florence. There is a restaurant with excellent food. Also a market in the restaurant that is well stocked, not much but had everything that I need. Staff is very professional. You park your car in front of your app/ house. In a future we will plan to stay here again for sure. A shuttle bus drive us to the center of Fiesole, from where we took bus 7 , and journey last about 30 mins to Florence. One way bus ticket is 1,7 eur.

Just mosquitos, but you can buy/bring all that it is needed to protect yourself from it.

Everything about our stay was superb, we travelled as a family with different accommodation types the pool was lovely the reception staff were helpful, the staff running the shuttle and keeping the grounds, worked tirelessly keeping the shuttle to time and the grounds immaculate. The views restaurant was great and as said on the tin, the views were spectacular. The restaurant staff were amazing, and could not do enough to make you welcome, and the food was very good. One of our party exclaimed that the ham and truffle pizza was the best pizza they had ever tasted. We loved our stay and if we come back to Florence we will definitely stay here.

Lovely spot up in the forest with nearby walking trails. The staff at the reception were very helpful. They were happy to store our bags for us before check-in time, and provided us good recommendations for local walks and landmarks in Fiesole. The hourly shuttle bus from the camping village to Fiesole bus stop was really convenient, and linked up well with the public bus timetable (no.7 bus takes you to the Florence train station).

Gas stove ignition was broken in our chalet, but they provided a lighter which worked as a quick fix.

Everything here was just great...the location and it's views are stunning with loads of great local services in Fiesole. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and lovely - especially Ester and the restaurant team. The site's shuttle bus is a brilliant service down to Fiesole and the bus to Florence is really regular and stops right next to the main train and bus stations, so perfect if you don't want to drive but still want days out as well as being able to chill at the site. The accommodation was lovely, everything we needed and super clean, and there were plenty of fresh towels and bedding provided throughout our stay. You don't feel over crowded when there's so much lovely space around. We'll definitely be back - we had a wonderful stay, thanks to all the Team at Panoramic x

Excellent staff, always helpful, smiling. Nice, new, clean facilities. Restaurant food and service were also excellent. I would stay there again.

Pool water temperature - too cold, not pleasant. Shuttle van schedule - running once per hour is not enough. It requires planning and is a source of stress. If it was once per 30 minutes it would have been better. Water pressure in the morning - not sure why but taking a shower between 8 and 9 AM was difficult. Either there is no hot water or no water at all. It was a challenge. No issues at other times though.

Quiet with a terrific view of Florence. The food and the staff at the restaurant were outstanding.

As we were checking in we were greeted very rudely by one of the staff. We had two young ladies that traveled with us from Rome but had reservations at another Airbnb. As soon as we got out of the car the lady started barking at us that we only had reservations for three and the two young ladies were not welcome on the property. We tried to explain the situation with no success as she was single minded and only wanted to ensure they did not get out of the car. It was ridiculous and certainly affected the two girls as they intended to get a cabin for the remainder of their stay but opted to stay elsewhere. It was uncalled for and she is a rude person that clearly had no business working with the public.

We stayed in a standard mobile home. Campsite location is excellent. The cafe/restaurant is also excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool is a bonus and didn't get too busy even during the height of the Summer holiday season. Shuttle bus from the holiday park to the centre of Fiesole was a bonus as we didn't have our own means of transport.

Shuttle bus was busy with queuing at times.

The view of this place is exceptional and te restaurant is really good, the quality of the food was good, the bed was very confortable.

So sad that we couldn't use the pool even if we had a good day with a 20 degrees temperature

Beautiful setting with a view from the pool terrace that was even better than the photos we had seen. Not too busy, as a fairly small site. Seemed like a decent sized pool for the number of guests staying - and very well maintained. Restaurant staff were so friendly - as were all the staff at the campsite - and the food in our opinion was really tasty and good value. As we didn't have a car, the handy campsite shuttle bus on the hour to nearby Fiesole was essential for us although we did do the walk one way (down hill!) twice which was very pleasant. Fiesole itself is lovely (with fantastic restaurants) and the bus to Florence only takes 20-30 mins (around three times an hour). Accommodation (mobile home standard) was clean (fairly new) and good value for the price. although the beds were fairly small, the mattresses were very comfortable.

The mobile home looked bigger in photos than it was in reality (but with 3 people it was still absolutely fine). There was no kettle (often an essential for English travellers!). The onsite shop wasn't well stocked (luckily there's a Co-op in Fiesole).

The people work super hard to make sure the guest are comfortable. Food is fantastic. The chalet was terrible unfortunately. Small, old, no place to sit and only one closet for 4 people. Very outdated. The mobile homes looked much more modern and I’m sure our experience would have been a lot better if we were in one of those. Hopefully all chalets will be replaced by the new mobile homes soon. For the rest it was fantastic. Especially thanks to the amazing staff.

The chalet was terrible. The room around it was just old broken asphalt as well. That being said; it seems that they are replacing all the chalets with nice modern mobile homes.
