Beautifully renovated old railway building providing very comfortable, high standard accommodation. A few minutes walk to the waters of Lake Iseo, it is ideally located in a quiet area with free parking next door. The contemporary and chic interior of the restaurant below with well trained, friendly staff and excellent food and wine choices, made for a superb evening.. This place is a gem, and we wished we were staying for longer.

Accommodation is upstairs, which was not a problem for us

Fantastic rooms, well equipped but would need an iron and board for travellers. Good location, very modern, contemporary interior, train station restoration is excellent. Amazing cafe next door ‘Boheme’. Cleaning lady was amazing, helpful and kind.

Accommodation was great, we ate in the restaurant, beautiful interior, great menu, location and setting stunning but the staff in the restaurant were abrupt, unfriendly and had no time for people who were not Italian or came from the area. I’m not sure if accommodation and restaurant are linked but I would say we were disappointed by the staff in the restaurant. Never asked if we were ok or needed something. We had to go up to the bar to ask for more drinks as staff never came near our table.

Location, parking, facility, check-in, check-out procedures are very convenient. Staff is very hospitable and ready to answer any questions (be ready to communicate over WhatsApp). No traditional Reception Desk and Staff.

Breakfast is very poor - coffee + juice + croissant, as staff said this is "Italian breakfast". Be ready - the breakfast is served in the nearest cafe, outside of the hotel. The nearest one is just 3 mins by food.

The location, the stuff, and the building were fantastic. The place has a restaurant where as guests you have a discount, and at night you can grab a drink as well. It was very cosy and beautiful, as if you travelled back in times!

There should be an extra trash bin in the room, we only had one small one in the bathroom for 5 people but it's not a big problem :)

Location and setting of the accomodation, lovely garden. Air conditioning was great as it had been on for our arrival so made the rooms very cool. Spacious 2 rooms, comfortable beds. Easy walk to town and great restaurant downstairs. Free parking, wish we could have stayed longer

Having to depart.

Everything was perfect, we booked the suite "Rosé". Because of parking a car: next to the hotel is public parking area you have to pay for. But when you are in front of the hotel, you can see a supermarket "MD" and tool market. Behind this tool market are some free parking slots to find, they don´t belong to the tool market, marked with white stripes = free of charge.

Location is wonderful. Just across the lake from beautiful old town with fabulous restaurants wine bars, amazing shopping.

The restaurant downstairs is open. I think three or four nights a week and it gets a little bit noisy.

The self check-in system allows flexibility for the travel itinerary. The building was a historic train deposit station, interestingly transformed to b&b. The room was really spacious and clean. Parking available at the nearby shopping centre, recommend travel light or unload from car the basic necessities. We also enjoyed the dinner at their bistrot, the waitress was super friendly, the risotto and the Franciacorta sparkling wine are all delicious. After dinner, a nice evening walk around Paratico and Sarnico (connected by the bridge) along the river.

It was a very warm day when we checked in and the air condition was too complicated to adjust( or just wouldn’t work?). A table fan was provided though. We kept the window opened during the night, the noises outside the building could be heard and there were mosquitos despite the mosquito net. For light sleeper it could be a problem.

Perfect location, nice atmosphere, decent design, splendid restaurant.

Room turned out to be darker than in the photos, but it is understandable due to type of the building. If this hotel would have a pool - the most perfect location in area.

Easy to check in: Friendly Housekeeper kept us informed when our room was ready, rooms are ready at 14.00 Choice of 3 breakfast locations in walking distance to have a juice, one croissant and one coffee

Some pillows in the lounge area outside next to the entrance would be nice to relax when you come back.
