Nice location, ski on ski off, but away from a small city, it’s mostly for relaxing family vacation not that much after ski parties. Amazing room, spectacular view, very good spa with 3 different saunas, hammam, pool, modern gym, relax room And saunagus every evening. Breakfast did not miss anything, a lot of variation you can’t get bored in one week. Perfect bed for relax and a good sleep. Dogs friendly and flexible by cleaning room in the evening if you could not reach walk the dog during the morning cleaning routine. Really kind personal. Would definitely visit again, thank you guys we had such a nice vacation!

The dinner menu is moderate.

The location is one of a kind. You can ski the whole day and then get right back to the hotel. The ski circuit is the most extensive one I’ve ever seen, if you like skiing you can spend a week there and have a different ski route every day. The spa area was amazing, we went just before the high season started and had no issues, but I can imagine it can get crowded when busier (esp in the evening when people are back from skiing) I’d say a jacuzzi was the only thing missing (and maybe an outdoor heated pool) Breakfast was amazing, staff was helpful, room was cosy

The ‘7 course menu’ was not that great (we didn’t upgrade to half board because of the reviews here and they were right), you have a choice of 1 fish, 1 veggie and 1 meat option. The desserts were pretty boring, too (1-2 options) The a la carte menu was better and also there is a lovely restaurant in the ski rental place, a 2-3 min walk from the hotel Another thing is our room was incredibly HOT and we had to sleep with our window open. Not sure if that was all rooms or just ours (I switched the heaters to be off and still) But honestly we didn’t mind that much and still loved our stay!

Veeeery comfortable beds. Wonderfully tasting water. A wide range of facilities included with a basic booking, including pool, spa and gym area. Very big bar and restaurant area. Pretty friendly staff. The food at the breakfast buffet was very fresh.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, at least when it came to fruits and spreads. The seperate toilett area had a pretty gnarly smell, was otherwise clean however.

Top restaurant - both breakfasts and dinners, with many delicacies. Comfortable room, a nice lounge with occasional live music, plenty of parking spots, close to the cable car station.

The breakfast is good, lots of choices. Dinner is also very good, the dinner changed everyday. There are kettle and refrigerator in the room, perfect for a long stay.

The location is not convenient for food and shopping. You need to walk about 15 mins to the town. But it's not a big problem if you like to walk.

Simply everything!! The staff is very friendly and at the same time attends to you diligently. The food is great with a lots of variety though and through ... Even regional speciality on Thursday and grill on Wednesday. They even take care that the guests had enough to drink when they go home.

Location is great, the apartment was very clean and run service keep the clean all the time. The staff did an excellent job and helped us a lot with the building our hike path.

Unfortunately when we arrived there, the cabin cars was on reconstruction and it leads to a huge detour to reach our destination, because many relevant roads was closed by the builders

We skied from Zell am See and skied back the following day, having rested here the night. Everything was perfect. Fantastic last minute rate including a tasty and plentiful Breakfast. Modern room with a view of the Piste. Nice Pool and wellness area with robes and slippers provided. Very secure and heated ski locker system. Nice bar and atmosphere in the evening. Perfect little stay. No complaints.

The room was very nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable, all very clean, very good acustic isolation, super location. We have remained 100% satisfied with room and facilities

The restaurant buffets at breakfast and dinner are excellent both for quality and variety. But for 2 out of 4 dinners we had serious problems receiving the main course a' la carte. We waited almost an hour to get the course, and in one case my wife renounced it because the appetite already faded past 50 min of waiting. It was a real pity and it ruined our experience

I loved everything and hoping to come again. Especially the play room for kids was amazing. I also enjoyed the restaurant - in my opinion the prices were great for the quality, taste and portions. And they always were able to modify some meals, since my baby is really small.
