The location and it was very clean.

The beds were very hard. The outdoor chairs and sun chairs had no cushions. So overall it lacked comfort. There were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. The location is great, surrounded by pine trees, a great beach, and a restaurant with a great view. There are different categories of apartments, which differs a lot, while the prices seem to be similar. "A" apartments are awesome, much more spacious than regular ones, with bigger terraces and great views (plus, their own pool or jacuzzi), "A1" being the best one. Regular apartments/rooms are just average, many have decent terraces with natural shadows, while some are too exposed to the sun, thus too hot afternoon. The beds are big enough for any adult and of good quality.

Breakfast was good, but we expected a bit higher quality and more food choices. The beach is one of the best on the island, great for families, also swimming/snorkeling/freediving, but the hotel's part of the beach is narrow, stony, and not easy to get into the water.

The parking lot needs to be covered with an awning or something similar to protect the cars, as well as the approach to the complex should be fixed, I mean the road, a small complaint about that, but I think it is also insignificant for the overall impression.

Exclusive location, convenient transfer to the beach by golf carts, nice beach bar. When you go there do not miss to visit Chrisi Milia Restaurant - just a short stroll away (but you need to cross wet stones and rocks area, when you take the beach shortcut, so be careful).

The beach is too small but given that this is the only sandy beach on the island, there is not much one can do.

Breakfest was little poore. Food on the beach from this hotel was no good ( toust, pizza). very bad WIFI.

The hotel is very well located in the nature and next to the beautiful sandy beach hrysi mylia. The rooms we stayed were large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious and you have many options to choose. And finally, staff was excellent and willing to serve us!

The hotel's location was wonderful with one of the best beaches of the island right at your feet. You could literally wake up to the sound of the sea. The hotel staff was always friendly and they provided electric carts to transfer you around the hotel. There was a variety of choices at the breakfast buffet and the hotel's restaurant had pretty good food, after a long day at the beach. We chose to visit at the season ending so the island wasn't very crowded and we enjoyed some peace and quiet. Overall a very nice experience that makes you want to visit again.

Location of the hotel and is outstanding. It’s situated next to the most beautiful beach on Alonissos Island. Beach bar nearby offers very good food, it’s just a few minutes walk along the beach from the hotel.

Breakfast could be more diversified.

The location, views, quietness, access to the sandy beach and free sunbeds. We were particularly impressed with the courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness of every member of staff across the hotel, especially the restaurant staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the needs of guests always prioritised. The constant golf cart facility for guests to move up and down the steep gradients was very impressive and enabled guests of all ages and mobility levels to stay here. For us, we enjoyed walking up and down the steps amongst the pretty flowering plants. The whole complex is built to resemble a typical Greek hillside village and we imagine it will feel increasingly authentic after a few more years. Breakfast was awesome!

Unfortunately the quality of the beds spoiled an otherwise perfect stay. The mattress was very hard and I found it painful for my hips when lying on either side. We understand that past guests have previously mentioned this and we wonder why the hotel management has not replaced the mattresses to reflect the superb quality of the hotel in all other respects. We thought that a few pot plants/flowers around the pool and bar area would give a cosier feel and link with the beautiful gardens throughout the accommodation areas. But this is of course a matter of taste.

The location at the beach and the views from the hotel areas and the room terrace were fantastic. The beach is marvellous. The room was spacious and very clean. Short distance to the port and very friendly personnel. Good breakfast.

The shower in the second bathroom was not at all closed, so it was impossible to use without flooding. Breakfast: standard coffee was not good, espresso was charged and juices were not fresh. I would have expected more fresh and local products for this price.
