The global experience at the hotel is really very good. The staff is very helpful. The food at the restaurant is very good (even for half board guests). Good breakfast too with a large offer. Rooms are spacious, very clean. This hotel is a very good value. The ski room very well equipped with individual lockers with heaters for ski boots. The hotel is not far from ski lifts.

Beds are good, but could be more comfortable (I rate them 8/10). The "Contribution Salarié" (namely: employee contribution): a surprise when you check out: they ask you if you want to give a special bonus (they suggest 4% of the bill!!!! - Optional). is is an unfair practice which is not even explained when booking or on the website. I think that if they want to motivate their staff, they should just pay them better. It is not up to the customer upon departure to give or refuse a bonus in front of the reception employee. This is an unfair practice. We are not even sure that the bonus is finally given to the employees...

Great hotel, quite fresh facilities in a nice location. Very good room size for the skiing accommodation standards. Great to have sauna/hammam and pool/jacuzzi areas at your disposal after an intense skiing day. Hotel ski rental shop comes very convenient. All staff did a great job for us, very friendly and helpful, Sara in particular did amazing hotel intro and tour. Plenty of options for lunch-dinner, apres-ski and shopping within minutes walking

One thing to be mindful is that - despite proximity of Eucherts lift - this is not a ski in/out hotel. A short walk is required before you jump on a chairlift. Other minor remarks are: sauna size a bit too small for the size of the hotel and breakfast could be a little diversified throughout a week. But again, overall very positive experience

We had a fabulous week in La Rosiere and the hotel accommodated our extended family well.Rooms and family suites excellent. Half board option was good value, convenient and offered a reasonable range of meals Some items are repeated daily which was to be expected but we very much enjoyed the food overall. As a family of 11 people we found the restaurant comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming Good quality produce and range of breakfast options more than adequate. We particularly enjoyed the fresh breads, the yoghurts and range of cheeses. The pool area was a bonus and was enjoyed by the whole family daily .

We would suggest that a simple pasta or pizza option for the kids menu would be a welcome, easy addition to the evening meal as some of the regional dishes are quite rich. We would have also liked to see pancakes on the breakfast menu occasionally as these are a favourite with the grandchildren and in a French resort I really expected to see crepes on the menu! The pool water was a little cold on the first day! This did improve though.

That we was asked by receptionist to pay tip off £88 , we paid for our stay in advance more than enough and is company responsibility to pay their staff for their work because they employed them and they are paid a salary. If they not happy with their salary they have to ask their employees to raise their wages to afford living!!! We very disappointed about the company how they treating their staff, I don’t think we will be back ever again to this hotel, where staff is forced to ask a guests to pay extra for their salary.

The room was spacious, clean and new with a balcony offering a great view on the mountains. The ski rental is located right in the hotel which was super handy and ski lift was just few minutes walk. Hotel has great spa facilities: sauna, hamam, swimming pool.

We had 2 rooms and once the housekeeping just skipped our rooms which was quite strange, we had to reach out after coming back from skiing asking to at least provide clean towels. Breakfast in the restaurant upstairs had quite poor selection: no fresh vegetables and limited options of fresh fruits. Once we came at 9AM and there were already no boiled eggs, when I asked for it the waiter said: "You can have a boiled egg tomorrow" At the dinner there are usually an offer of 3 starters and 3 main courses, always one vegetarian option which wasn't really tasty.

Brand new establishment, great location, very cozy, spotless, comfy and well equipped rooms, appealing ambiance. Swimming pool, spa and gym within premises ensure a pleasant leisure. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

Kitchen closed at lunchtime, rather limited menu options at dinner, no flexibility, little client oriented, no attention to dietary restrictions, service rather slow paced, maîtresse a bit clumsy and probably inexperienced. IMHO this restaurant expresses 30% of its potential. Vast improvement areas. Swimming pool bar unmanned, spa unmanned most of the time.

The staff I encountered was delightful. Big shout-out to the front desk people I saw almost daily: Yael, Liam, Mohammed and Shérada. All of them are warm, gracious, and considerate. In the restaurant, Damien and the hardworking chefs are thoughtful and sympathetic people. They helped us dine in our room for a few nights. These guys are truly beautiful examples of customer service. Loved the mountain views and the room decor. We were grateful to be upgraded, but I can assure you that all of the rooms have the same serene views and spacious layouts. Happy that we went with the all-inclusive option. The food is delicious, the cocktails well-done.

Restaurant service was slow but Yael rescued us by finding a work-around! Spa was just okay. There are superior options outside of the hotel.

Well located for Eucherts chair lift. Very comfortable room and good pool/spa facilities. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The food was exceptionally good value and quality for what we paid for the half board option and we would definitely like to return.

The location is awesome. Perfect locaton to enjoy the Alps and the village has all the necessary services. The staff is kind and helpful

The breakfast is very basic to say the least and there was only one kind and efficient guy, but not sufficient to welcome the guests and refill the buffet

Visit was during summer. Excellent location for hikes in nearby mountains, including over the border with Italy (La Thuile, etc.). A visit to the Hospice Petit St-Bernard and its surroundings is also worth it. Breakfast was quite good. Restaurant (for dinner) was reasonably-priced with great food. Room was spacious, with a great view (5th floor). It was clean. Wi-fi was stable. Staff were very nice. Spa was also great, especially hammam. Swimming pool and jacuzzi good, but they may get crowded late afternoon. Hotel is in great condition, with modern equipment.

We had parking underground. However, there is free parking on the street during the day. During the night, there is free parking under the Tourist Office. Otherwise, Euros 14/day for parking at the Hotel. It is not clear why it may be risky to park outside the hotel, as the signs for 'no-parking outside at night' may be only for winter season, not summer season. Yet, plenty of cars remained park outside, behind the hotel, for several days in a row. I doubt they got a parking fine.
