Rarely write the comments, but here I want to leave a review! Lovely hotel, clean room, new sanitary equipment, delicious breakfast. The hotel staff is very responsive! I recommend this hotel, Naplesuite - You are the best!

Paulau was a wonderful host and helped us find our way around Naples , also recommended a great restaurant nearby . She also booked a taxi for us ( fixed price ) to the airport on our departure . The room was very nicely decorated and looked new . Beds were very comfy . Bathroom was spacious and well equipped , the shower ready to use. There was a kettle in the room which was unusual for our Italy tour and a great bonus for us . Breakfast was preordered and delivered to our room in the morning at the agreed time , cooked options as well as continental option . Air con easy to operate . Quiet place , no noise from outside or inside . Great location on the edge of the historical district and the Spanish quarter , and it felt safe to wander outside .

Lovely and well-finished room with good facilities and the most helpful and welcoming staff. We stayed for part of honeymoon and they put a lot of effort into making it feel special for us! They organised the shuttle to the airport, which relieved the stress of doing so ourselves. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast and they were kind enough to provide us with a small selection of light bites for us to eat quickly or take with us.

The lift/elevator was a little small, so a bit tricky to get suitcases into along with multiple guests. Also a bit difficult to lift heavy bags over the gate

Naplesuite Hotel is a fantastic choice if your seeking a blend of modern comfort and authentic Italian charm. Located in the heart of Naples, this boutique hotel offers a cozy and elegant atmosphere with beautifully designed rooms that feature stylish decor and all the essential amenities. Naplesuite is in an excellent location, providing easy access to major attractionsand the vibrant local markets. Pauola was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast is served in our rooms and was delicious.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was very comfortable and clean, and very quiet at night even though located the very noisy city center. The fact that one could open the window with balcony and the view to the church when waking up in the morning was so fine!

The look from the street and the street itself look a little rough and felt a little insecure at first, but I did not meet any problem. Breakfast was nice but a bit "cheep". No olive oil on the tomatoes? I personally prefer less but better quality for pastries, bread, cheese etc.

Great central location, lovely decor nice and modern and clean and comfy bed too! Our key broke in the outside gate and the staff helped straight away after panicking thinking we’d locked the whole block out of their home! Thank you :) also breakfast was fab!

The walls were a bit thin and there was a nice church bell at 7am…! The aircon worked but then didn’t and it wasn’t clear why.

A team committed to the well-being of guests, from arrival (sending directions to those arriving by taxi, metro or on foot) and during their stay (Paola and Gaya are very friendly and attentive). The entire team, including delivery of breakfast to the room and cleaning, note 10! Also noting that there are two (!!!) subway stations next to Naplesuites. The existence of these two stations greatly facilitates travel when necessary, although the points of interest are just a few minutes away on foot.

although very close to Toledo Street, access by car is not possible. But very close is the entrance to Naplesuites where cars pass by, only about 30 meters.

The hotel was located in a small side alley, but don't let the appearance deceive you, a lovely little hotel was found on the fourth floor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast served in the room was tasty and plentiful. The staff was really good and especially Gaia was absolutely brilliant, she took care of me, guided me to the sights of the city and I felt like at home. I have worked in the hotel industry myself and this was one of the best hotel stays I've been in - I highly recommend Naplesuite.

The central location was very good, easy to find. Day and night you couldn’t hear any street noise. They have organised parking with a private provider a few minutes away for an additional fee so that was very helpful. Wi-Fi was very good. Breakfast was excellent. You have to pre-order the day before with a range of items to select from and they allow you to pick quite a few items so not restricted. Includes breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, hot & cold drinks, eggs cooked to order, meat and cheeses. If visiting Naples again we would consider staying here again as location is very central. Approximately 20mins drive from airport.

Sound proofing was not very good as you could hear people outside in the hotel’s communal hallway and when they were running water, talking in their adjoining bathroom.

The overall stay was amazing. The staff were very helpful especially Gaia who was always willing to help and give recommendations. The breakfast was lovely and the room was very clean and tidy.

The only issue we faced was having breakfast in the room. We found that the desk was a little bit too small to have 2 people eating breakfast together at the same time. This was a very minor issue in what was an amazing stay.
