I loved my stay here, it was an excellent experience!. The employees were so courteous, helpful, and just genuinely nice, the service was top notch! The room was clean and perfect for the price!

The only negative or unfavorable critique I have is that there was not much variation in the breakfast selections. We had the same breakfast all 4 days because there was nothing else.However, the breakfast was good for the price.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. They had enough options for kids and adults to please all of us. I like the little mini store they had for my kids to get extra snacks when they wanted some.

No complaints here. The hot tub had a leak the first day. It was filled back up the same day, but then the water was way too hot to get in. It was good to go the next day though. Things happen, so that part is fine. Some one was giving kids swim lessons in the pool while we were trying to swim. Never seen that at a hotel but it was only for a little bit over an hour and we just stayed at the other end of the pool.

Excellent complimentary breakfast! Spacious bathroom with safety hand bars, handheld shower, and shower seat: all useful for our aging-body issues! Lovely clean white bed linens All staff members are cheerful and helpful. We particularly remember Reecie, Andrea and Brandon. Reasonable price!

I do wish the self-closing room doors, and the exterior door at our end of the first floor hall, were a little quieter! When we were packing up our car to leave, early in the morning after our six-night stay, I didn't want that loud KLUNK! to keep waking up people. (I was woken, myself, by a repeatedly closing room door when people were checking in late at night. ) I don't know if it's possible, because security is also an important concern.

Breakfast was casual and nice. Vegetarian friendly. They also had oat and soy milk for coffee. Rooms were clean and nice. Area felt safe for 2 women traveling and arriving at midnight. Great for the price.

The only problem I have is that everything in the rooms are heavily scented. I am sensitive to scents and it was strong enough to give me a headache within 5 minutes and made sleeping problematic. They seem to be one of the only chains that does this, and I'm not sure why. That being said, it's worth it despite this because every one I've ever been in has been worth the money, had a good breakfast, clean updated rooms, and helpful friendly staff.

Nice location. Brandy at the front desk was amazingly helpful. Pool/spa facilities were clean, and towels were provided. Breakfast was a feast. Full sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in bathrooms.

Staff was terrific and room was very clean. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. I enjoyed the pool even though it was a bit too warm.

As stated above, I wanted toast, could have had some pastries, waffles, more variety. I really just wanted toast and warm scrambled eggs. I need toast to settle my stomach in the morning. Bagels would be nice too.The pool was a little too warm 94.

The hotel was clean and the facilities were good. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We would stay again.

My only complaint was the use of disposable utensils. Everything was disposable, cups, glasses, plates and cutlery. The waste really bothered me.

The staff made my stay, the friendliness, flexibility of accommodating me with an early check in, Brandon at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The room size was very good, clean room, clean bathroom, the location and value were the best thing about it. Very good water pressure and hot water. Showers were great. The breakfast range was good, the coffee was great.

noisy elevator for the room near it, Brandon was kind to offer me another room but I couldn’t bother with packaging and unpacking again, it was somewhat tolarable.m, i used earplugs.
