I had a great stay! The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. The swimming pool and sauna area were fantastic, providing a relaxing experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk across the road to the ski area, making it incredibly convenient.

Staff frequently switched to Polish despite my speaking English, which made communication challenging. I called the reception multiple times, but no one answered. The swimming pool number listed on the phone didn’t work. My room was in a separate building, requiring me to walk outside to ask about the swimming pool and bathrobes, which were not provided in the room.

Everything was on high level specially worm hospitality of poland and ukrainian personal. Fresh new comfortable room impress me with modern design and with wonderful view to the mountains.

Clean place to stay, good saunas and pool, beautiful views from the hotel. Close to Kasprowy Peak trail, Nosal Peak and Ski resort. Friendly staff, no issues with check in/out.

Although Kettle and cups were in, there was no tea or coffee availble, we had to get it on our own. Single beds were too small to sleep comfortably.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was really big, with a nice balcony. No problem with parking. Great facilities for children, especially the playground outside. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The reception was in the next building. The location is not bad, but still pretty far from the city center. The breakfast was not bad but 'as standard as possible'. But in general - everything was great

The hotel is situated in a very great location, especially if you start your hike from Kuźnice. The staff is ready to help during your stay. We were utilizing the breakfast option in the main building - it's starting earlier (7.30 am) and has a great variety of choices for every taste and diet. The parking place is provided for a different fee if you are a hotel guest.

Communication before arrival - it took us almost 6 days of waiting after asking a question in a chat. Taking into account the question was related to the possible changes in the current booking, I believe as a guest I would expect more quick reaction and suggestions of the next steps. As there are a lot of parking places (for both hotel guests and Zakopane visitors) I was unable to find a peaceful and green spot for yoga and stretching after the hike. You will have this option near the playground or on your personal balcony only.

We received an upgrade and ended up staying at the Grand Hotel. The hotel is absolutely amazing, great structure, comfortable, the breakfast is very complete and the leisure area is fantastic.

Breakfast was very good with a lovely large selection. Parking was very easy, Ski hire right next door was brilliant, the guy was very helpful and surprisingly cheap- 30 sloty per day for ski's boots and poles. Roughly £7 a day. Ski pass was 140 sloty which is around £28 for 1 day unlimited and the use of 18 slopes, Heranda- Rusinski etc.

More Snow, Better guidance on the slopes and availability, cost etc. so you know you have the use of 18 slopes if wanted, only found this out on the last day through a staff member from Rusinski slope telling me.

Great location and cleanliness of the hotel

The restaurant in the hotel when we went for a dinner. The staff was not very attentive and quite slow. Even when we asked for a menu again after finishing the main meal, the waiter did not bring anything or did not even asked if we want more drinks or dessert.
