I was late for my late check in and he had my room and key ready check in literally took 30 seconds

My key kept getting deactivated and every day I got locked out of my room. But they fixed it fast with no issues. No USB ports for my charger so I had to go buy a block at 2am

The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We also appreciated the room service. I miss that.

Was a little noisy being so close to the freeway but not enough to keep us from sleeping. Could use larger towels.

The location was great. Close to restaurants and the expressway! The room was clean and had no trouble finding my way around.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. He gave me information about the facility and my check in was fast. He had a great attitude. Will definitely stay there again!

The clerk at the time needs to be a little more friendly. He was too serious and I thought he was having a bad night, I checked in around 7:00pm

I didn’t like that the safe box in room was just sitting on a stool and not attached to floor.

clean very well located to many close restaurants and Walmart. fairly quiet except for interstate traffic but not loud enough to bother with sleep. large refrigerator and microwave. would stay again.

It was close to where I’m staying

The sheets was nasty with brown stains , air conditioner didn’t work , the front staff was rude when I asked for towels an on top of all that they canceled my reservations before I had even made it to the property

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very sweet and attentive.

No pool. No bacon 😉 but other than that our stay was wonderful.

I like to be able to park just outside the room. Breakfast was good. They had a neat automatic pancake maker. Seemed very efficient!

The computer program has just been updated. There was a bit of a hassle printing my receipt. But I did get it before checking out.

1. there was a long black hair on the bathroom floor which I didn’t appreciate. 2. I got a notice that said the cost of my stay was gonna be $66.51 (see attached). but they charged me $68.01. it just upsets me a little when they charge more than what they said. 3. they advertised “Breakfast Included”. But there was only prepackaged muffin. what a farce. it’s like they advertise one thing but do something else. by the letter of the law - they’re not too far off. but those little things start adding up … enough to go somewhere else.
