This is a trully wonderful hotel overlooking Atlantic, with the most wonderful heated indoor and outdoor pools. It’s close to local marketplace and small local groceries, wine shops and cafes, nestled between old charm villas. We didn’t have a chance to try the spa but planning to come back and book one of the spa package stays! It looks wonderful. The hotel offers secure vallet parking in underground garage and bike rental (both paid extra). There are also activities available like walking and qi gong (charged extra).

Most staff struggled with English but we didn’t mind most of the time. There was one receptionist who seemed a little annoyed we didn’t speak French. The rest of reception staff were great and tried to work with us and find a way to communicate.

External area is a lovely setting . The outdoor pool was like stepping into a bath on a chilly day fabulous. Indoor pool met my expectations. Excellent bed. Pleasant reception & conciege staff. We took breakfast off site to experience the outside amenities

Small things like dispensers in the bathroom needed re-filling. Fridge not switched on, good selection of coffee pods & tea but no milk not everyone drinks black coffee or tea. Then having to hunt for milk. Wet room shower was great however, water did not drain away quickly hence water all over the floor (reported to reception)

An excellent hotel with all the facilities you would expect from a class hotel; welcoming and proficient staff, valet service, spacious well equipped good aspected rooms, excellent buffet breakfast to suit all tastes, excellent cuisine, seafood and wine, luncheon and bar available, (excellent hot chocolate with chantilly cream served french style), swimming pools, full spa facilities and programme, fabulous location - beautiful coastal location, 5 min walk to local marketplace, shopping and tourist bureau. Easy access to public rail and bus transport. Hotel arranged taxi service if desired. Starlit sky at night. Marvellous :)

Other than the first evening we walked / or Taxi into the surrounding town for our meal as the evening meal selection in the hotel was limited to say the least. Staff were excellent and the spa, facilities, treatments and facilities are great. on site Parking is an extra cost, which could be better communicated when booking:

Location and air conditioning

Clinic character ... the stay reminded an intergalactic recreation island ... everywhere you ran around with the in dark blue with purple belt kimono similar robe ... had something mutant in itself - who likes it OK - we had expected a good hotel operation - It was saved everywhere on staff! At breakfast no service / all self-service / as in a youth hostel / restaurant also with too little staff / prices in no relation to performance ... ALL IN ALL MAX. ONE HALF STARS OUR RATING (but only because of the location and the air conditioning) ⭐️/2

All the services were of exceptional quality. I particularly liked the lifeguard who was an older man who was constantly walking around monitoring everyone's safety. The others just sat in the room looking down.

I had problems with the shower drainage, and had multiple floods. I also think they could warn you in advance that if you don't have a full-pension that making an evening reservation in the restaurant is impossible. Also, a suggestion would be to have a child care service for a few hours in the day in the "play room" so that parent's get a break.

Awesome breakfast, and food in general. Fresh, varied, excellent quality. Pools are very clean. Room cleaning is fast and very efficient and non intrusive. Staff is great and some are genuinely nice and will do their best to resolve your issues (in my case, with success. Thanks Mr Anton!)

Personnel is really friendly, fast and very competent. There are a couple exceptions to that (attitude adjustment needed?), which my friends and family also noticed and discussed, but compared to the overall team high quality, it is negligible. Outside pool a bit small and crowded.

The view from the room was stunning and the private terrace was fabulous. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We went in the spa which was also great. We didn’t have time to use the outdoor pool. Breakfast was splendid with an extensive and plentiful buffet. The hotel itself feels a bit corporate. Not very personal. Dinner in particular was very disappointing. We ate quite late, and it felt like the chef had gone home and it had been plated up by the waiting staff. We were only there for a day and would have enjoyed using the facilities with more leisure. The location is excellent and it would make a very attractive base to explore other culinary offerings.

coffee machines were out of order (2 out of 4 I think). Room service was painful to order, internet menu was once not updated, once wrongly updated. Service at the bar in the outside area was really super-slow. Pool is small and often crowded

Great location .smelt lovely. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were excellent. The room was very well equipped and clean we had a great view as expected.

Bit modern and soulless. Would have preferred more character in the reception area. Bedroom Corridors very dark.
