The breakfast was phenomenal. The breakfast attendant was amazing and nailed it every day. You should absolutely do the office syndrome relief massage as soon as you get there - it really helped us acclimate to the time change and set us up for success! The rooms are the perfect size for people who plan to do a lot of activities throughout the day. One thing we will say is this location is not close to downtown at all, so if that’s where you plan to be I’d choose a different location. It is extremely convenient for the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, Temple of the Golden Mount, and two cool streets for street markets (one more touristy than the other.) There is a lovely pool that gets the late morning sun and the staff is always so helpful! Don’t regret a single cent we spent there!

Breakfast was good. I liked the fruit, and it was restocked when empty. The buffet food was OK, some days better than others, always on the bland side for Thailand. Lots of options. There is also made to order omelette and eggs stand. Hours are 7-10 which is nice. The pool is wonderful. It is between buildings and shaded, the temperature was perfect for getting refreshed in Bangkok. There are jets that are powerful enough to massage one’s feet. Plenty of towels, everything clean. Guests are allowed to smoke by the pool which I don’t like, but this is Asia and people smoke. There is a pool table by the pool.

The front desk staff has no knowledge of the surroundings and no curiosity to find out. There is a bus stop for S1 and A4 bus to the airports pretty much right across the main road, but they have no idea that the bus exists or where the stop is. There are no maps no suggestions about places to go or eat. When you arrive late in the day you wonder around looking for food (plenty of options early in a day).

Almost brand new hotel with a nice swimming pool for the Kids. Great morning breakfast with both Thai and Western foods. Staff is very helpful and professional.

The room was cozy and bed very comfortable and not hard. Very clean. Area is near major hot spots. Depands what you want. 5 min drive from the River boat pier for hop on and off tour. Use Bolt for transport as it's cheapest.

Beutiful hotel, very clean, big rooms. The staff are very friendly, and prices are fair. The khaosan Road is 5 minutes walking. Nice pool, with pool table in the yard.

This hotel was the first place we stayed at in Thailand and it was a great introduction to the country. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and well decorated. The location is great, as it's a short walk to the Khaosan Road, and well placed for visiting a number of temples. The breakfast provided was good and offered an egg station, as well as a range of the more typical Thai breakfast offerings, such as rice and noodle dishes.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the glass in our bathroom wall, as the stopper on the door failed and the door handle broke the glass. The staff were very helpful though and no blame was put on us. Not really an issue with the hotel, just a mishap that couldn't really be helped.

Perfect stay, the hotel is centrally located near all major points of interest that can be easily reached on foot. The hotel is new and the room are nice, spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and super helpful! We traveled in a group and our luggage was lost upon arrival. The staff helped us contact the various airlines to find our luggage since we had no availability to make calls and solved the problem for us. Good breakfast. Pool nice and comfortable to recover after a day out. I highly recommend this accommodation for your stay in Bangkok! I will definitely return to this hotel!

We did not like the location as it is in the corner of 2 alleys, which are dark at night, quite safe, though It's near some of the city attractions but too far from downtown. A 30 min ride and Grab sometimes cancels or the taxis charge extra because of the time it takes to get there from downtown We didnt like the pool because half of it is under a roof and enclosed by walls. The space is small, just for a few chairs

I don't usually write reviews, but this one deserves one. We arrived very early but couldn't do an early check-in yet. The staff was wonderful and checked our bags and allowed us to use the facility, pool, etc. They also were very helpful to arrange taxis at very reasonable costs. The hotel is recently new and very stylish, upscale, clean and offers bicycles for guests to use. The location is excellent with many attractions, restaurants and shops near by. And the included breakfast is superb (best I've every had). The value/cost of the room was very, very reasonable as well. We are returning to Bangkok several times over the next two months and will certainly return here.

There was really nothing that disappointed us. The hotel is somewhat difficult to find; our taxi driver struggled to locate the exact street. He called the front desk which was very helpful. Once there though, everything else was great. The only downside was the pool isn't heated so it's "refreshing". Not a deal breaker though. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
