The location excellent! Our room faced the river and the morning coffee in the morning sun on that balcony, offered us a memorable start of the day.

The breakfast was good. Good selection. Good area for seating. The staff was friendly. The afternoon snack, chose of beer or wine, with crackers and cheese and more, complimentary was a very nice extra way to treat your guests. The feel when you walk into the hotel, is quaint, European, and happy! Listening to the music makes you want to dance. polka anyone? The patio outside is beautiful, sitting looking at the Cass river, so peaceful. The displays of Marv Herzog's life were very interesting. Our favorite staff member was Michelle one of the ladies that does the breakfast buffet. She was very nice, attentive to keeping items full and talk to guests.

My only complaint is the room was very dry. We would both get stuffed up. I tried turning on the fan in the room but that didn't help.

The property was convenient to all the sights in Frankenmuth. There was a choice of a complimentary hot or continental breakfast and a complimentary wine reception with fresh crudités. The back of the hotel grounds faced a river and rolling land. Room service came every day to clean the room. Free undercover parking was part of the amenities and access from the garage to the hotel was by key card only. The hotel was extremely clean and decorated with mementos of Frankenmuth native Marv Herzeg, polka king. It was done tastefully and Polk music plays softly in the background

I thought everything was perfect.

This property has great location walkable to everything. The hotel is clean, from the front desk to food service to housekeeping staff professional and caring. It is so fun to look at all the memorabilia and realize the music you are listening to in the lobby is by Marv himself! Our room was large, had a great balcony overlooking the river and fridge/microwave and a spa tub! Breakfast and happy hour included with great choices.Parking covered and convenient access by the lobby elevator right to your car. We will stay again thank you for a great time.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The location was ideal for walking to shops and restaurants as well as short drives to outlet shops and additional locations for dining/activities. The evening complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks in the lobby are also very nice before heading out for dinner.

The included breakfast could be improved, but this is a common shortcoming for many hotels. There is a wonderful coffee shop across the street that has made to order breakfast sandwiches, fortunately.

from the time of booking a few weeks before arrival, customer service was exceptional, professional and accurate. We arrived a little early and were given a room right away. Happy hour as hotel compliments with wine (2 glasses), cheese, crackers and vegetables with dip, was a nice welcome treat, and breakfast service is much appreciated. The staff at reception, in the bar, breakfast and the rooms are highly efficient. Free parking is a great bonus and hotel....location, location, location...the best! thank you. We will be back!!

nothing really. It was absolutely perfect.

The breakfast buffet was decent but definitely could be improved upon. The eggs were good with the salsa & cheese offered to top them. I loved that the breakfast buffet was open until 10:00 so you could sleep in longer. The potatoes were usually hard and stale. The gravy for the biscuits was like flour & water tossed together, not real sausage gravy. The sausage patties had sharp gristle in them. The breakfast buffet wasn't consistently kept fresh for guests. The hotel location was amazing, the rooms were very nice with amazing views. The beds were very comfortable! The evening social was one of the best parts of the day. Loved the charcuterie meats and cheeses and vegetables and dip. The glasses of wine were very tasty!

See above, some of the breakfast items could be improved upon. It would have been nice to have a pool & Jacuzzi but it was fine without bc of the evening social.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good. A little dissapointed there was no bacon only the highly seasoned sausage patties which I don't like, egg beaters and hard boiled eggs but there was plenty of choices. Bagels and breads and cereals, waffles and a basket of apples everyday. The evening snack with wine or beer was an extra nice touch. We stayed for two nights and both nights were the same snacks. For people staying more than two nights you would get tired of the same snacks. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio overlooking the river during our evening snack. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again.

I really like how every time a stay at a Drury Hotel that it is in keeping with a theme that is consistent with the area.

They didn’t seem to have enough food for complimentary breakfast. No eggs, no bacon. Biscuits were hard as a rock. When I asked the attendant if they were anymore scrambled eggs she became very short and testy with me. Like I was bothering her wipe off the juice dispenser. I got to be honest. I probably won’t stay at this facility again. Way too expensive for the accommodation. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room and couldn’t even use it because it was cracked in the middle of the tub. It looked disgusting.

We have stayed here before and came back because of the extra care staff provide with snacks and drinks between 5-7 p.m; good breakfast, comfortable beds and cleanliness.

Last year we commented on there being no umbrellas on the outside deck. We were told they still don't have any as some rodents are causing problems with the cushions and would probably do so with the umbrellas. Not a good answer!! The umbrellas and cushions could be stored away overnight and brought back out in the morning, weather permitting. This was not the case for the cushions and when I sat on a cushion not realizing it was wet inside I got soaked thru everything. Some outside cleaning on the underside of the balconies could also use some extra care to remove all the spiders and webs. At dusk it was not pleasant to have spiders falling down and crawling the walls.
