The property was in a great location, very clean and the staff was very helpful and I love my room.

I was traveling for a cruise and needed a place to park my car, if I was told that we would have to pay our way to and from the cruise ship which was more than the cruise parking for the week If I had known that it was going to cost me $53 to park my car at the hotel plus $40 round-trip to the cruise port then I would have parked my car at the cruise port for $17 a day it was much cheaper. This was very disappointing. I was only told it was $10 to park per night. The information that was left out was very important information.

The property was great and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful during checkin and my stay. Only time I had an issue was at check out.

The staff member I had at check out. When I came to the front desk, she was clearly annoyed, rude, and rushed me through the process to hurry me out the door. After such a great stay, it was really disappointing especially being the day after Christmas. Be kind…. you don’t know what people have been going through all year.

the room was very clean and met my expectations. Also i liked the swimming pool, the gym and the laundry room. The whole premises was very spacious. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. I remember there was Larry he was always ready to help

The breakfast was passable but not too great. The options were limited. For instance, I don't eat pork and almost the entire menu contained pork in one form or the other. To be fair there were a lot of pastry, pancake and fruit options but I am diabetic so I try to avoid sugar, so overall there wasn't much I could eat.

Nothing but maybe little break on travelers staying just one night CC to go on family cruise on the price it was a lot just to get there at 6:00 pm and leave at 11:00 am next morning for us. It may not be for some though. Business is business I get it , but service great and staff great and hotel is great

The property is close to the cruise terminals.

The water bottles in the room will cost you $3. The sliding door in the bathroom is not safe. We have to change room on the middle of the night cause the wheel of the door came off and the door almost hit us. Not safe especially if you have little kids with you.

My husband and I stayed there two nights before going on a cruise. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Each morning there was something different added or put in place of the day before. The front desk Host, I believe her name is Kris, was EXCELLENT!! In the evening they opened a Tiki Hut serving drinks by the pool. I so enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend this facility.

Everything was good. I would not change one thing about my experience at this facility.

Free parking and additional parking while we were on our cruise for a nominal fee. We felt secure leaving our vehicle on site of the property while we were sailing.

It was super close to home Port Canaveral. The staff was also amazing. The air conditioner was broken in one of our rooms and the staff moved us to another room after attempting to fix it. Breakfast was also great!

The air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms.

The kindness of all staff was incredible ! Everyone was willing to help & so nice ! Amy & Chris (front desk)were fabulous & exceptional

Inside room both HVAC could use some cleaning ( could see lots of layers dust on top of vents- living room & bedroom.

The gorl who worked our floor was very nice and willing to give is extra towels and toilet paper wven though she wasn’t cleaning our room that day.

Breakfast was just okay. We were on vacation and some days we couldn’t do that fake egg thing. And they never had bacon always some other meat. We were disappointed we didn’t get room service clean up at least every other day. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper.
