Very friendly host, clean bed and sheets

The interior is run down...there signs of redecorating yet it does not look welcoming. No hair dryer, the way to the bathroom goes through a shared bedroom, the bathroom is next to the kitchen: who wants to hear toilet fllushing etc when cooking/eating a meal. The lights swich off every 15 secomds....good luck tryimg to key in the code tp the door or get a plate in the kitxhen....very strange.

Relatively low price. Room had micro and big TV with apps, was warm and seemed clean. Free cereal breakfast in communal kitchen. Two guys running the place from a room upstairs were friendly and helpful. More of a backpackers hostel than a starred hotel which I was ok with.

Coded room door lock didn't work. On street parking. Hall and stairs seemed grubby. No sign outside and I had to call a mobile to get in.

I was told I should’ve got an email telling me all the information I needed for access, I believe mine at 7 o’clock the next morning 😊

Good location near town centre. Kitchen facilities and breakfast cereal etc. available. Fridge and large television in room. Good WiFi. Reasonable value for money.

A bit impersonal - I didn't see another person (guest or staff!) during my stay. Bathroom facilities a bit old-fashioned, hot water not too reliable.

Great value, felt at home and Mark was very accommodating and made my stay very comfortable. This place is exceptionally good value, even got breakfast cereal thrown in. I will be returning and highly recomend it for the price and value and comfort.

Really cosy and spacious room with good facilities. Brilliant value for money and close to everything you could need.

On street parking can seem a little sparse

Very rapid response and excellent communication with host or person in charge, comfortable bed and TV in good working order; some breakfast food and hot drinks available; in a quiet area.

I wanted a dark room but the bedroom window had no thick curtains/blinds. The bath tub needs replacing as it looks dated and unclean. The many steps are awkward, especially if you carry luggage.
