The breakfast and lounge area look very nice, it’s a newer property so everything is still in great condition. They have a snack corner (pretty expensive) but convenient and worth it if you don’t want to drive. Had no problems checking in or getting extending my stay. Love the room has so many outlets on every wall. Made it very easy for me to work and the kids were able to charge their phones and tablets.

The room we are in is right under the stairs so you hear the door all night plus the people running up and down the stairs. The breakfast is basic. Same thing every day. They charge $10 per child each night. The WiFi was spotty most nights I ended up having to use my hotspot on my phone to work.

The hotel lobby was very clean and looked modern. The room size was big and the bathroom was large, too. You didn't feel cramped in this place. I especially liked the staff. Friendly and eager to say hello to all of their people.

After I booked and checked in, I realized that this hotel was meant for long term stays. People staying there had been there for a while and had made themselves very comfortable. Some leaving their doors open and talking loudly to their neighbors down the hall. The smell of marijuana was prevalent from a door right by the elevator so no way to avoid it. And because of it's location on a busy road, making a left hand turn out of the parking lot was a matter of life or death.

I love the location. It is in walking distance to several dine-in restaurants and fastfood restaurants, Kroger and convenient stores. Pretty much anything you could need for a comfortable stay is within walking distance. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to your comfort and needs. It's very clean and quiet.

I didn't personally like the pillows, but they were acceptable. The bed was a little more firm than my liking, but not uncomfortable.

Bed. Bathroom lighting. Location.

Mildew smell in room. Man at check in was awkward. Asked for quiet room but put me next to stairs(Rm 101 or 103 I can’t remember) there were ppl going up and down all night. Loud when the stairs are not carpeted kept making my dog bark. Lighting in room was strange, some lights didn’t turn on. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work made me suspicious of a hidden camera. Hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was lacking.

The room entrance door had a very large gap around it. Allowing a very large amount of light to come in,, and sound to come through into our room. The bathroom sink was clogged with something that didn't allow the water to drain. Debris would float up out of the drain. This was very unsanitary. The front desk was notified at checkout. Overall, our stay was nice. My kids loved making waffles in the morning.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of places to plug in our devices. It was also one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our 2 week cross-country trip. Plenty of local services nearby. Also the wifi was the best on our trip.

I was a little too far away from i-40 for our taste, especially when we had to drive at night. One morning staff person was a little on the brusque, "you're bothering me" side.

The hotel was really clean and bright. Had a lovely big room very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of shops and food around the area.

The only negative for us was the WiFi on the evening was non existent which was annoying as we are from the UK and needed to book accommodation. The only other thing was guest above I’m sure was big foot. At 3 am we were woken by heavy feet stomping up and down their room above.

I like the fact that it was in a great location. It was around everything a bank a grocery store regular stores. There’s a Walmart not far definitely a ton of restaurants and also right by the freeway.

I wasn’t too crazy about the breakfast, but it is complementary. They did have a lot of coffee, which is great.

This was a very clean hotel with great outdoor lighting and well maintained grounds. This is important to me when I travel alone with my dog. When you have to take the dog out to potty at 2 am its reassuring to have a well lit/safe area to take them. Staff was very nice as well.

I honestly have zero complaints.

Breakfast was very sparse. I know it was a continental but not much to choose from. Tiny muffin (chocolate chip which I don’t think qualifies for a breakfast muffin). Juice machine out of order. No bagels, just a super tiny cinnamon roll. No yogurt or fruit. No tea bags.

Need a better continental breakfast.
