The feeling that like a home away from home

This is the second time we have visited this hotel, and the second stay was just as pleasant as the first. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed with a coffee machine, small fridge, and even a record player! They decorate the walls with classic records that you can listen to on the player, which is a cool bonus. The hotel is right in the center of town and right across from the main bus/train station, so it's convenient to get to other places, too. We have family that live in town and it has been the perfect base for us to visit them and explore the surrounding areas in the region. The hotel room in very clean and the staff who work there have all been so friendly and accommodating. The staff hours are shorter on certain days, but they are always a phone call away and quick to arrive if you need help with anything. They have a lovely breakfast room and a good selection of breakfast items to start your day. Their TVs also allow you to connect to your streaming accounts to watch shows you enjoy after a long day of exploring and visiting. After two visits here, this place has started to feel like a home away from home when we are visiting, and we can't wait to return next year!

Nothing, everything is great!

The location was great for us, as we were just in transit. The town is small and cosy, we would have loved to spend more time there. The room was super clean and modern. The staff were nice.

The breakfast options were super limited. We were offered eggs, but the portions were super small. Not much for kids to choose from.

I very much liked the key lockbox and the possibility to check-in contactlessly after hours. Loved the huge stable pillow and the kettle with tea/coffee in the room. While the house is unremarkable from the outside, the hotel inside is modern, tastefully decorated and furnished, exceptionally clean. comfortable, and inviting. I felt at home instantly. The little interaction I had with the staff was very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel!

I dreaded the chip-activated twist locks on the hotel entrance and room doors - as I arrived in the middle of the night, I dreaded having to call someone if the locks failed to work for me. Thankfully, I figured it out after two or three attempts per door.

Superb location, close to buses, trainstation and shopping. Comfortable beds, nice and friendly personal, manager included.He could fix anything.We’ll be back next time in Hennef.

The doorlocks were a bit difficult to open. Missed the breakfast but there is a bakery cross the street that serves breakfast.

breakfast was good but need some variety so foreign people can find it more attractive. tags on breakfast item should be in English too, it was only in German so couldn't make out food item variety. Location 100% perfect, near to railway station, shopping area and on main road with everything nearby

Easy key retrieval system on arrival. A toy dog greeted me when I stepped into the room. It felt very cozy and friendly. A fan provided nice cooling in the room during hot summer days. Good bed and everything in working order. I'd be happy to come back.

Everything was OK - the room was clean and the breakfast and staff were great!

Only thing which I didn’t like was the system of opening the doors. Doors opened with chip but it was quite complicated and when we arrived late at night, I even had to contact the personal. I suggest to change it to maybe something more convenient - keycard maybe?

Friendly welcome with good attentive staff and comfortable beds.
