Mama's Boutique hotel was fantastic. About a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The rooms are very comfortable and have some AC which was helpful during summer.

I showed up to breakfast about 20 minutes past 10AM and they weren't willing to accommodate me. I understand I was late but it was a Sunday and thought I should have been given the benefit of the doubt considering I did pay for it.

Warm and friendly welcome. Breakfast option a la carte is very high quality and very tasty. Would advise to put allergens on the menu, which can help the selection if you have an allergy.

Room was overall very comfortable, only would recommend to improve curtain closing performance to block out sunlight in the morning, and a bigger blanket for an even better comfort experience.

Unfortunately we had the room right above the restaurant including outside terrace, so it was quite noisy both at night and early in the morning when things were prepared for breakfast

The room was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable. Although I wish I had had a room facing the park, which is one of the loveliest I have ever seen, mine had a terrace with lounge chairs. (Unfortunately, it rained throughout most of my stay.) Cucina has to be one of the best restaurants in the Czech Republic, although it is expensive. The chefs are skilled and accommodating. The waiters are attentive and kind.

That my credit card was declined, and I had to walk to an ATM to withdraw cash in order to settle my bill. I missed my train to Prague as a consequence.

hotel was in great location, parking on site was provided , all foods eaten at the hotel has been to a really high level, the location allowed us to access the beautiful park directly outside of the main door, all requests to the hotel staff supported.

we tried to order massage on site but it wasn't available due to certain restrictions.

needed more towels. staff left something to be desired, were quite cold. the charge per dog felt like robbery. we have 2 small chihuahuas and were charged €18/ day per dog. seems a bit expensive to me, when both dogs share the same room…

It was beautifully designed. The room and washroom were both a very good size. Many nice little touches. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous.
