everything was clean and well manicured.. room was clean.. no stains on bedding or carpet.. fresh fluffy towels.. bed was very comfortable.. lots of nice size pillows.. a/c worked great.. couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms or hallway.. pool area was nice size and in a quiet space.. very friendly staff

didn’t care for the loads of young people hanging out next door at the racetrack gas station.. they get in the way with their cars or their selves as you try to pull in.. watching you the whole time.. their cars take up most the parking spaces.. one young girl didn’t want to move out of the only parking space open.. kinda leaves you feeling unsafe..

I liked the friendly and knowledgeable staff members! Especially the gentleman that works in the mornings, Hewal is his name, is absolutely wonderful and this hotel establishment is blessed to have him on board. He has excellent customer service skills Anna goes above and beyond for any and all customers, especially myself and my 2 puppies. He has done this multiple times for me at this hotel, and I really appreciate him so he really deserves a raise or a promotion and/or both. The manager is also great as well and they all have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They really did everything they could to give me the best deal possible and really achieve that goal so I ended up staying the whole weekend and enjoying myself with my two dogs. Thanks to your staff at La Quinta And on O’Neal Lane in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

There was really nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Very clean, check in was quick and easy. The bed was really comfortable and plenty of pillows. The room was a good size and you didn't feel closed in.

I was disappointed that the TV was not in front of the couch on the wall as pictured. We were there for the Broncos game so we spent the day of the game in the room. The purpose of the King Suite was to have an area to sit around and relax. All in All, it still was great and I could have gotten the King Suite with the entire extra room but that this was as pictured.

Nice location off the highway, with a Racetrac gas station right across the street. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

At no fault to the hotel there was a car meet at the gas station late at night which disturbed us from sleeping earlier as our room faced the parking lot/Racetrac. Beware if you book on a Friday or Saturday. It took a while for all the cars to clear out.

The spa was lovely and clean room . Kind of smell like dog had been there prior. They need to clean all carpet. People do lie about having dogs. But thanks to the black lady that helped out and sprayed the room and she had it very nice neat and comfy for me

The weekend breakfast was not good. Me and my husband threw up all breakfast Saturday morning. Didn't eat Sunday due to Saturday only had coffee. My husband was very upset. The Mexican lady act as if she didn't wanna be there to even fix the food. Poor service she did. On Sunday the black lady came in trying to fix what the Mexican lady messed up... I had better service in Dallas, Tx..

I liked that the AC worked. I liked the accessibility to back roads to avoid highway traffic. Good location. 24 hour coffee! Also next to a gas station. No worries about vehicle getting broken into. All the staff were very nice. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable.

The walls seemed a little thin or maybe the people on the floor above me were exceptionally loud. I heard their TV til 3am on my first night there. The rest of the time all was ok. I also believe I got a handicapped room because I used Boooking.com. The weekend before when I was in Dallas, I was also put in a handicapped room.

The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Location for my activity was very good

On first use of toilet it was clogged. I reported it to the front desk. They said thank you. I went out for the night. I came back , the toilet was still clogged. Again went to the front desk and was told to go to the public restroom and in the last stall there’s a plunger. So I took the plunger to my room and used it. The toilet was still clogged. The toilet was clogged when I left. No one seem to have any urgency over helping me.

The location was perfect for us.

They stopped serving breakfast at 9. My husband got down for breakfast at 8:45 to eat. He was going to bring me a plate since I was in the room with our little dog. He got himself a plate but before he could make another waffle they started putting it all up. Some people like to sleep in and 10 would be a better cut off time. It was 10 on the weekend but not M-F.

The breakfast was awesome.

The dining room attendant was pretty rude. After walking our dog, my partner stopped by to get coffee, and after looking for a "no pets " sign and nit finding one, she proceeded to go to get coffee. The attend was rather vocal saying " no animals allowed in here." It was embarrassing. If it is a policy, pleaes post it for future reference. But other than that, it was a great stay!

It is an amazing hotel with clean room and bathroom etc. The room was spacious and bathroom was bigger and also it was a good deal to book this room. The staff is friendly and it is just 2-3 miles from downtown on the main road so I felt secure as well. It has plenty of parking as well. I stayed just one night for my next day Cruise from New Orleans.

They have removed breads from the breakfast and just have the Bagels and Donuts which I feel is not for me at least. I wish if they can introduce some more good menu in the B'fast.
