Breakfast was simple but good. We were able to order the egg, and main meal from kitchen, rest available was cereal, coffee, fruits, juices, desserts, toasts and salad, which we could get as a buffet style. Location was 5 min walk to the night market, lots of massage shops nearby, very convenient. Room was very clean, and hotel overall very clean and new. Loved the facility with the payable washing machine and dryer service. Solved our problem of washing clothes during the holiday. Got a swimming pool at the centre of the hotel, which kids enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got some extra bits available, i.e, bikes at the reception, cold drinks which can be purchased, umbrellas in the rooms for guests use.

Very centrally located, close proximity (walking distance) to night market, bus station, lively area with bars, … quiet hotel, with clean rooms, AC and wifi working properly. Friendly and accommodating staff, extremely helpful with any requests we had (taxi, scooter rental, laundry, even calling to our next accommodation to arrange late check-in), one of the ladies working at the reception had an amazing English! Very good breakfast: combination of Thai and European food, scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, ham, vegetables, fruit, toasts, butter and jam, muesli, coffee, juice, water for 200 baht. Def recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is clean, pleasant and well maintained. It located about a 10-minute walk from central places in the city. The rooms are clean. The hotel has a laundry facility which is very practical and helpful. The breakfast is good. The hotel staff is very kind and helped us with everything we needed, including booking attractions, booking taxis and any other matter. Mainly would like to mention Al. Thanks a lot.

Great location, reasonable price, comfortable

Cleaning needs to be improved. Lots of hairs in the room and the floor had clearly not been mopped before we entered (dirt and something spilt on the floor). I would also recommend some attention to the breakfast provided - it was good, but there’s a few things from a food safety perspective that needs attention (eg shared butter, large pile of chicken nuggets etc sitting with no cover / refrigeration or heating for hours)

Every thing was good until the evening and the music was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was great with many choices . Near markets, shopping,restaurants and street food. Staff was very pleasant. Good accommodation

They welcomed us in. Check in was easy and fast. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean and had everything that we needed. Free water everyday. Great water pressure and hot showers for as long as you wanted. The beds were soft and comfortable and had very clean sheets that smelt lovely and freshly laundered. We had the best sleep here in all the places we have stayed in Thailand. The staff helped us with our laundry when we forgot to transfer it from the washing machine to the dryer. When we went down to check on it we saw that they had done it for us. Cost THB 105 including laundry powder. Within walking distance of so many restaurants and bars. Laundry places within walking distance and the cat cafe was so much fun. Definitely go there if you love cats! My daughter loved it and the coffee and cakes are great too. Nice quiet hotel. We were on level 4 in a family room. Highly recommend it for families. Two separate rooms with two single beds in one and a double in the other. Nice big fridge for everyone to share too. They provide daily housekeeping and inside slippers for everyone. The bedside lamps are very cool. They fold out and you can turn them in the direction you want. I want some for home! The rooms always smelt good. Not musty like some hotels. Motorbike parking is right out front and plentiful.

The WiFi was slow for Thailand. I got faster speeds on my phone. You could hear people in the hallways late sometimes but it was minimal. There wasn't much to like to be honest. It was a really great stay!

Check in. Location. Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff. Complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste was great. Air con perfect. Hotel provided umbrellas too which was awesome. Most comfortable beds in Thailand so far.

WiFi ​was terrible. 3 mbps at times. It was faster for me to use the hot spot on my phone. Not great for a 90 min video call.

The staff was very sweet. We had an issue with our room and they offered us a new one. They offe bikes for free (500 BHT deposit).

There was a smell in the bathroom in Room 110, that they could not deal with. However, they moved us to a new room. On the ground floor, there is no proper window/view.

The hotel is very well located a short walk to the Chiang Rai night market. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room didn't have the promised city view but it did open to overlook the indoor swimming pool. The room was a good size with a massive fridge. The availability of a washing machine is a bonus.

It was very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is very central to just walk and do some sightseeing.

The warm water ran out on me after some time, but it was manageable. I could hear the activity from cleaning and the pool.
