We had to check in really late, and the host was warm and welcoming , it was no issue at all. The electric blanket had been put on for us as it was cold and in winter. It was such a great welcoming touch The room was spotless and perfect. We hadn’t checked in bed and breakfast but decided to have breakfast the next morning. The ladies on a moments notice made us the most incredible full breakfast, to our order , what ever we wanted . It was absolutely delicious. I could go back just for those flapjacks!! Great stay!!

This guesthouse is a hidden gem in Jeffrey's bay. It is so beautifully decorated, it made us feel being at home. We loved the garden behind the guesthouse, and also the huge balcony (shared) upstairs, and the indoor space. The host is very kind and easy going, and I really appreciated the request to reduce the noise at night. It was a very quiet and restful experience. We could check in earlier, the guesthouse is close to a supermarket and also walking distance to the beach. And last but not least: the breakfast was amazing with pancakes, yoghurt and cereals, juice,, freshly brewed coffee and a hot english breakfast.

Rooms look just like the photos... This is definitively a boutique hotel. The bed was not the biggest but very comfy with beautiful white quality linens. Plenty of space for a lott of luggage and very very clean. Staff nearby for any request and daily cleaning offered at no extra cost. Quiet location but not too far from the main action if by car. The negative reviews almost put me off. I believe people concentrate on the reception area which might not be to everybody's taste...but the room itself was tastefully decorated. Remember, you book a stay for the room not the reception. Glad I did ignore the negative reviews. I would definitely stay in the same place if going back.

Leonie is a great host and very accommodating. Her staff are absolutely amazing, and we had the most wonderful holiday;))

The location of the property is very good. We asked for an early check in and the host went out of her way to accommodate us. Property is very clean with white bedding and white towels. Overall very neat and clean.

It would have been nice if there was a fridge in the room. Also voille curtains to provide privacy when getting dressed is recommended. The rooms are very close to each other and we could hear people next door talking and flushing the toilet. The tiles in the bathrooms feel a bit greasy, although it looked clean.Beach towels would have been nice. Overall a nice place to stay!

This was one amazing place. Firstly the staff was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional. I enjoyed this place so much, I extended my stay by one day. I would absolutely visit this place again!

The location and size of the unit. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated.

The tiles in the lounge appeared to be lifting and that may be problematic if someone where to trip over them. Only having one bathroom that wasn't private in a 4 sleeper could potentially be problematic especially if it wasn't family.

We had an amazing stay, with friendly staff and cottage was breath taking…deco and space was on point totally exceeded my expectations.😊

Did not have breakfast at Villa, went around the corner. Room was clean, sufficient rooibos tea bags for my stay. They arrange a space to store our mountainbikes. As I got there frozen, I really enjoyed the electric blanket on the bed after a hot shower.

no complaints. I just felt guilty about the amounts of sand we carried in ;-)

The house, bedroom and gardens are extremely well presented. The staff were very helpful and the owner even more so. she was very friendly and made me feel at home at Villa Petit. I will definitely go back and recommend them!
