We really chose this location because it was close to the highway we were traveling on. For such a cheap price it was really in the budget. So you honestly get what you pay for! The stay itself was not bad! No bugs or anything like that! Beds were comfy, staff was nice, the breakfast was wonderful!

The only issue I had with the whole stay was the bathroom had mold in the corners of the room! Which I know is common in a lot motel bathrooms. But still we had littles so definitely was not something I liked seeing.

Breakfast provided a good variety and was always well presented and convenient. Staff members are always helpful and courteous, and the property was clean and well kept.

WiFi was sometimes spotty, and they apparently have trouble with finding a dependable vendor for appliance repair for the dryer in the laundry and the ice machine. The ice machine was out when I got there, and was still out three weeks later when I left. Same for the dryer. Staff was apologetic and courteous, and were honest about not knowing when they would return to service. I'm quite glad about that, since the truth is always better than being promised something that one can't deliver on.

On a long drive from Maine to Florida, Virginia seemed like a nice place to stop and sleep for the night. I feel lucky to have chosen Sleep Inn because the mattress and pillows were SO comfy! I wasn’t even here for 12 hours and didn’t even bother to look out the window, but I can say the desk agents who checked me in an out were pleasant and professional and I very much appreciated the breakfast before I hit the road again.

very clean! reasonably priced for the area. Showers were huge, and really liked it was a walk in shower and not a tub. beautifully decorated. lady work night audit clerk was absolutely amazing, helpful and friendly!

could not get tv remote to work, but it was so late when we got there it was not a major issue. morning housekeeping was quite loud in rooms next door. AC would not stay on continuously so the room did not stay a consistent temperature.

Was a delightful surprise! Facility looked inviting from a well lit parking lot, to lobby, to room, to price! Location was convient right off I 95. I booked online told them we would be arriving between 11pm and 12am. Brittany at front desk was delightful, quick and efficient. We were signed in and in our room very quickly. Very clean facility and it looked fairly new. I booked a queen room and it was nicely arranged with microwave, fridge, desk and walk in shower. The bed linens were immaculate and bed was very comfortable. Had some traffic noise but nothing to complain about. Only "if" ... is there is a staircase, no elevator. We only had backpacks but if you had luggage it may be a problem if you couldn't carry it yourself. Breakfast was fullfilling with quite a few choices. There are many various restaurants near by also! And check out wasn't till 11am. I'm always very leery about these quick stop hotels...there are a lot of places I walked out of once I looked at the rooms. The Sleep Inn of Fredericksburg will definitely be our regular stopover on our "to and from" runs to South Carolina.

It was one of the cheapest options in the area. BUT nice and comfortable. The staff was welcoming, the room was small, but clean and bright.

Breakfast doesn't have many healthy options (just boiled eggs, I guess). But again, considering the price of the hotel, I'm happy the breakfast was included.

I liked the staff and location. We have stayed here before as as a halfway point on a roadtrip. The breakfast was fine for the value and the room was clean and bed comfortable.

There was an awful odor in the bathroom. Not really sure what from and it appears that there was a smoking smell in a room close by.

Everything was very nice. The staff was as pleasant as you could ever hope for. We had a little walk from parking to put room, and we're seniors, but it was really no big problem. The room was very nice and clean. I did need for the AC to have a fan only option is my only complaint. And that the light switch by my bed had a built in nightlight which can be a real bonus, but was right in my eyes when I turned over towards the wall. All in all and nice night in a nice room.

The location was perfect for where I had to be for an event. It was close to stores and restaurants.

I didn’t like the fact it was no elevator.

The staff was super friendly. When we had issues with our TV having no signal, they quickly moved us to another room. The rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast selection was awesome!!

I don't have any comments to make here. Nothing that we didn't like.
