A good sized 2 bed apartment with large sofa bed. Spacious enough for 5 people. Comfortable beds and good showers with constant hot water. Nice balcony. Large dining table. Great location for the pistes. Nice to have the spa facilities on site. Ski locker room well located on the ground floor with a locker for each apartment. Ski hire shop (Precision ski) next door. Small spa on site for bread etc.. Parking available under the apartment block (extra cost). We were able to check in on line the week before our stay. Our apartment number was then sent to us via text so we didn’t have to go to reception on arrival which was great.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with food prep items such as chopping board/decent knives/wooden spoons etc..no oven just microwave, but 4 ring hob for stove tops meals. Crockery plentiful though and has a filter coffee machine and espresso machine and dishwasher. We were on the 5th floor, it would have been useful to have been told which lift to use to access it , but we worked it out! The apartment was tired looking in places and could have benefited from a deep clean. Communication was difficult with the company from the UK (most of the questions I asked went unanswered), but they were quick to respond to us once in resort re any isssues.

Very spacious, excellent wide ski lockers, pool fantastic, great facilities. Dog friendly.

Receptionist appeared to have been on her first day when we arrived & gave 4 false pieces of local information, which didn't help with getting set up on first day. Mattresses VERY firm. Sauna & steam room not especially warm because of lots of coming & going - including children, despite no under 16s signs up.

Last year, check-in was complete chaos, but things were much more smooth this year. The online check-in process is very useful and practical. However, there is one thing they forgot about: PARKING. Nonetheless, the hotel is ideally located directly next to the ski slopes (main lift is Carreley which is directly accessible from the hotel square). For the non-French guests: The hotel tries to charge the credit-card stored on booking.com. This is not possible due to 3ds security and you will get a message about that. In order to do the payment, you have to login to the site of Odalys, but this can only be done through the English version of the site and not through the French version of the site. Therefore, when creating an account or logging in: First change to the English Language and then log in. The other way around does not work...

When arriving to the hotel, every customer still has to go to the reception desk to get access to the parking facility. There, you can validate the ticket and register your license plate to access the parking. This could easily be one online during check-in. At the least, the code to the parking can be shared in advance for arriving guests so they can pay for parking on Sunday when there is no queue at the reception.

These apartments have a bit more space than usual for a standard ski accommodation

Found quite a few examples of areas missed during cleaning and we had to do a lot of swapping about utensils with our friends next door (we had 2 chopping boards, 2 cheese graters, they had none. They had 2 trivets and 2 grill stands, we had none etc)

Comfortable room (2 bedroom with fireplace), perfectly good for 6 adults with large sofa bed. Excellent location for ski slopes, as well as a short traverse to Folie Douce. Ski-in / Ski-out location with plenty of room in the ski locker.

Limited shopping at Spar located in apartment complex.

Great location, Ski in/Ski out. Cleanliness. Swimming pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Apartments a good size and generally very comfortable.

Whilst very comfortable, double beds were very small. Boot room on 5th floor could benefit from a refresh.

Very warm, comfortable apartment , ski lockers were very good. The self catering kitchen is very well equipped. The apartments seem newly renovated and in great condition. The pool and sauna was a great addition!

Unfortunately our building was not ski in ski out, as described when booking (Souverains). Also only one pillow per person, adding an extra pillow here would improve the comfort.

The Edenarc apartment was lovely, very spacious and the staff were very kind

The only thing that I noticed was that the restaurant nearby (Yoga Goga) didn’t live up to the standard of the apartment, reception and other facilities which were excellent.

Great size 2 bed apartment with everything you need and great views. Out boot room across courtyard and you’re on a blue run likewise easy access in the evening

Breakfast options were expensive and the shop is ok but a little limited

The apartment was comfortable, clean and convenient.

The pool was a bit cold and no instructions on how to use the oven/microwave.
